Bad customer service, as well they added my sister and brother in law to exclude them on my insurance with out asking them for they’re name or permission and talking back to us and the customers in front of us

Buyer Beware: We have had an open claim against one of their drivers who was already determined to be at-fault. We had a quote for Apex collision to them within 48 hours and they have delayed over 3 months!!! Still no adjuster and will be going through our company insurance to file an official complaint with Colorado Dept of Insurance. Hack company that just reroutes you through call centers to hope you don't continue with your claim.

They can improve the level of customer service at the Colorado Springs office. It does provide a level of service that is more than excellent. In Greeley, customer service is terrible.

A customer from this company hit my vehicle it turned out to be that the driver give me a policy that was not in place and the adjuster Raymond Baesa told me that the company's was denying the claim because of the insurance being expired within a few days after. I asked the adjuster if they had a Grace Period and he stayed tha Fred Loya doesn't have grace period for there Customers Now I will have ro talk to an attorney to take the driver who caused damages So they can pay for that they have no courtesy in any wayI also asked the collision company at the same day and they also stayed that this company is very problematic to do business with this making the collision company doesn't do business with them any more because of how problematic they are.

Worst company ever to deal with. One of their clients named Nelson R. Gutierrez Laine hit two trucks family-owned that were parked while he was drinking and driving in a residential area. He tried to play off what he caused but we have numerous reports placed by Evans P.D. and proof that the accident happened by his reckless driving while under the influence.The insurance company is a total waste of time. All they do is give you the runaround. Nothing has been done correctly. They claim to say that the trucks are a total loss but can't be inspected but they could be sent to an auction just so they can wipe their hands clean. Yet their client gets a pat on the back and deals with zero consequences.Fred Loya Insurance and their client is a JOKE.

Lady was rude didn't listen to a word I said messed up my insurance card tryed to fix sent me out knowing it wouldn't work did call manager like asked spent 2 hrs for a 10 minute visit
