I bought a 2019 truck from them December 2022 and it is completely undrivable not even 9 months and 20,000 miles later. I tried leaving them three messages to get this problem resolved, but no response. They will happily take your money, but won't ever actually help you. Go somewhere else!

Took my company truck in for service. During the call i also asked for the AC to be diagnosed. Dropped it off after hours on Sunday. Wednesday I called them and they said they had diagnosed the original issue and did i want them to diagose the ac issue. I said yes i told you that. Called again Friday to get update and they had no record that I ok'd the ac diagnosis! They said today or Tuesday to get it in (Monday being Labor day). Tried to call Tuesday at 8:30 when they opened to cancel diagnosis but couldn't reach anybody or leave a message. Tried to reach the service department 5 times without luck. Finally went down there to pick up the truck and they had already done diagnosis. Needless to say they will not be doing any more work on any of my vehicles. In 34 years of owning cars this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I get it, you're short staffed and busy; but a little communication goes a long way.

I took my explorer here for an oil change and dropped it off at 11 AM for a 1 PM appointment. I was a bit skeptical as when I walked in to drop it off two of the service advisors were busy on phone calls and asked me just a moment, and they would be with me which is fine, and I get they get busy as well. It just seemed like they were buried under a ton of work and short staffed. After not receiving a call and it being nearly 6 PM, I called the service department to check the status and was told they were just about to call me.Right.So I went to pick up my car, I was told by the service advisor of the recommendations. I was told over the phone, except I wasn't given any recommendations over the phone, and the conversation never happened. Nonetheless, I looked over the recommendations and they were laughable to say the least. One of the recommendations was a cabin filter and an engine air filter. The interesting part about this is I had already changed both of these filters the day before the appointment.Another recommendation was a transmission fluid exchange, based on mileage, even though it was changed and it was before the 30,000 miles required for another change. I Checked and the fluid was still red, so they didn't check it to begin with. They also recommended a DeCarb Kit due to the mileage. Again, under 81K.Once I arrived home, after noticing the steering wheel and grease all over it, I noticed a very sloppy oil job with oil smudged on the bottom oil pan.I cannot recommend this dealership for service and it's time to either for me to save my money and do my own service or take it to a good mechanic shop you I can trust.

Made an appointment for service because water was leaking into the cab of my 2020 F350 and soaking the carpet. Here is the timeline of brain damage:Tuesday May 30th. Dropped the truck off at 0957 for my 1000 appointment and tried to explain the problem to Micheala who wasn't very interested in what I was saying. I showed her the standing water in the cab under the carpet and I explained that there was a vent on the left rear of the cab that had part of the seal missing and according to my research, many other trucks have had the same problem and was the potential source of the leak. Later that day called Micheala to find out the status and left a message. Never heard back. About mid day on Wednesday, called Micheala again and left a message. No response. Thursday went to the shop to talk to Micheala face to face and was advised they had not even looked at it yet. Asked for explanation and if they had a loaner vehicle. She advised me that no they did not have a loaner. When she asked me what I wanted to do, I told her that I wanted them to fix my truck. I then demanded to talk to service manager. Michael was sympathetic and did his best to help by getting me a loaner vehicle and gave me his personal contact info. I explained to him about the faulty cabin vent seal. Friday arrives. Exchange a few messages with Michael in the morning and some videos I took of the water in the truck. He says they think it is probably a leak from a windshield seal but couldn't confirm. Saturday I call to see what the status was. After reading the service notes, was told by a different adviser that the truck was done and that they had re-sealed the windshield but could not tell me that was the actual source of the leak. Was told it was probably the owner that had left the window rolled down in the rain (which was patently false). Was told however that the carpet was dry and the tech could not find any leaks and it "was drier than when I brought it in". I immediately drove to the dealership in pouring rain and saw my truck sitting outside. Went inside to return loaner vehicle and was told that actually they didn't re-seal the windshield and apparently nothing was done to the truck. I was at wits end and just wanted my truck back. Had a heated discussion with another adviser who was just sure it was a leaky windshield and if he was me, have the windshield replaced at my expense and through my insurance company even though there was no evidence it was leaking as was clearly the case by it not being resealed. At this point a valet had brought my truck into the garage for me to take it home. I went out to the truck, took off the trim in the drivers door jamb to just see how "dry" it was and low and behold the entire floor of the cab was filled with standing water. Immediately texted the service manager Michael. Michael apologized and explained that my truck wasn't done and the service adviser should not have told me what he told me. Something was definitely not adding up. Realizing that I couldn't keep driving this with a cab full of water, I elected to leave it there but requested they at least park it inside so it wouldn't keep filling with water. Was very angry that they would park a truck that was leaking rain water out in the rain in the first place. Duh. Sunday, of course nothing was done. Closed. Monday comes around and about mid morning I get a call from Michael asking how things were going and if the truck was still leaking. My reply was "No idea, it's still at your shop". I send Michael a YouTube video showing the defective cabin vent in other F350's and illustrating the exact symptoms I am having with my truck. Reiterate for a third time that there is a piece of seal missing from the vent and is very probably the source of water intrusion. Tuesday, the Tech and Michael finally agree that the vent is the most likely source of the leak. The same thing I told Micheala 7 days prior. That they were going to remove the bed and verify. Asked Michael if the repair would be cov

Take your money somewhere else. I came to look at a truck that they had recently received that the mechanic was going to inspect. The inspection came back and said it needed new brakes and rotors among some other small things. By the time I got to the dealership a day later, someone decided the brakes were fine and weren't going to replace them. Both the salesman and I drove the car and agreed that the brakes were trash and needed to be replaced. I crawled underneath the vehicle (2020 GMC Sierra) to see that the frame, springs, and several other parts were rusted out. "Woah, what a surprise, can you send me the photos?" says the salesman. I can't blame him, he's not the mechanic. I then went around the lot looking at other trucks that fit my needs. What do you know, those are rusted out too, all with 20,000 miles or less. I found an F-150 that had less than 20,000 miles that I decided would work. Certified Pre-Owned, clean CarFax, etc. I should have, and this my fault, had it taken somewhere else for a vehicle inspection. But, I was in need of a truck and this was a CPO with warranty, so I went forward. I drove the truck for a few days and felt that the transmission was funny. I called the salesman and Ken Garff who said his Ford pick-up has the same transmission and it was similar in functionality. I called him to ask for my $500 deposit back that wasn't credited for "holding" the vehicle until I purchased it. It was "held" only because the salesman wanted me to buy it on May 1st so it counted toward his monthly quota; making a deal on Friday night at the end of April wasn't going to help him. So here we are, 18 days later, still without my credit. Contacted last week, contacted again today.I took the truck to Interstate Ford in Dacono for the inspection. Turns out the truck needs a new transmission. It is covered under the warranty, but what a pain. I wish I could give the truck back and buy one from another dealership. Read these reviews of Ken Garff in Greeley. I should have paid more attention. Stay away.

We bought a used car here. They sold us a car that the mileage was incorrect (we learned this when we tried tog eat plates), and the transmission was bad. We bought it for our 15 year old son to practice driving on so it was barely driven at all until he got his license - four months in it completely died. This dealership doesn't call back promptly and has washed their hands of the whole thing. They took $6,500 dollars and basically gave us a rental for a few months. I am beyond angry at how unethical they are.

Horrible service in the service department! They have had my car for the 3rd time for the same problem for weeks to months at a time. No return phone calls for updates! They also broke a piece on my car during the 1st time in and still no part??? It's been over six months ago! I will never go back and never recommend to anyone!! They have had my car this time for a week and will not return calls!1

Their service department is incredibly slow and completely lacks any type of customer service triage or communication. When an appointment is set up for service at this dealership it asks why you need to bring your vehicle in and if you will be needing a ride or not. Everytime I bring my car in I get asked these same questions, which I already answered and then they ask me to get a ride when I clearly selected "wait at dealership" because I don't have a ride. Then I end up spending 6+ hours in the lounge area without any communication regarding updates or when my vegicle is actually getting looked at. In fear of dealing with this service department again, my husband and I will no longer be being vehicles from here.

bought a 07 vette from them and when I put a deposit on it it needed some repairs. waited two weeks and the car was not ready went out of town for work. picked up the car and the serpentine belt was squealing. They said they would get it fixed.Waited a couple days and went back to get it. Picked it up and drove it home and the serpentine belt they supposedly fixed was shredded. The car also has other issues, wipers don't work, oil leaks and last,y when I bought the car it had a set of rear race wheels and when I picked the car up they had changed the wheels without tellI got me. Basically ripped me off. They were supposed to refund some $ but they have not sent it yet. They also sold me a car with no emissions on it? I live in emissions area and and that's illegal. Can't get a manager to call me. Worst dealer experience in my life! Do not shop here! They don't even deserve a one star! Now i have a car I guess I have to pay to fix! Go somewhere else once you buy a car from them they no longer care! I left numerous messages and no response from salesman and management! lousy, Lousy dealer, shady

Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. Even if you just want to see what Ford has to offer in their new vehicle line up. Come kick some tires I'm sure they wouldn't mind.

Great experience! This is my first time posting a review for a dealership, especially from a Ford dealership, but I am impressed. I have been to several dealerships in the area, to include Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley. I have had the best experience at this one, far above the others. I came looking for a truck and they were great from the beginning. Steve was our salesman and Matt helped with getting the deal done. We had a bit of a mix-up the first day and it was primarily my fault. The next day they were open, we came back to fix the issue and they were very understanding and helpful. We ended up leaving with the truck we wanted and the deal was right. I did not feel like we were being pressured or pushed at any time and the friendly relationship we had with Steve, and especially Matt, was great! I would definitely recommend this spot over the other locations in Northern Colorado. Thanks guys!

He tells me to come 2 hours later and i do. Had me waiting for an oil change (with appointment) for 3 and half hours. There service department sucks. Also if you got leather seats check them because they will leave them dirty with oil from there clothes/hands. 0 starts

Be careful shopping here. Typical crooked behavior, even under the new Garff ownership. Found a new 2022 Ford Maverick via Ford's online inventory search. Called to tell them I would like to purchase. They told me it was in transit & would be there within a few weeks, so I agreed to place a deposit to hold it upon arrival. This took 5 phone calls to accomplish BTW. Next thing I know, they added $1,000 in dealer add-ons. Called "addendums," which is BS for 'we're gonna get you one way or another'. This was an appearance protection package and a LoJack style GPS tracking device, $1,000 extra. (Plus they have high handling fees here). They flat out refused to remove the $1,000 add-ons I never wanted nor asked for... and instead said they would refund my deposit and thus canceled my purchase all so the greedy slimes can make an extra buck instead of selling a vehicle. They did try to "discount" these items first but no thanks, I don't like being ripped off. Essentially they wanted the truck themselves so they can add to the MSRP and given the high-demand find some bozo d*** enough to pay it and then swoop them into the financing office of horrors for even more fun. So incredibly disgusting. You'd think they'd simply like to sell a car, gain a customer, make money off of my future service visits and perhaps sell me my next vehicle. But nope, not at the newly rebranded Ken Barff.
