I dread calling for parts, 9 times out of 10 I get someone with a horrible attitude it's like they hate their job, I called today for airbags for the suspension and Lane said they were $378 and on back order which I thought was a outrageous price. I then called a different company and received better customer service and for the price of $158 and they had them in stock! I wish I could get someone with a decent attitude it's not like I enjoy buying expensive parts and to get an attitude is just un called for!

At this place if you don’t have an account with them they over charge you I bought a case of fuel antifreeze i end up paying $27 dollars a piece whe they cost $ 12.99 at any other place. That’s ridiculous.

Terrible customer service and a worse company to deal with. They will string you along for many days telling you to re-order things that get cancelled only to then tell you it isn't available. Why do this? You are losing customers by stringing people along and pretending you have items you do not. Be honest with people or you will find yourself going out of business when people stop shopping here. Will never be back and will always tell anyone to avoid you at all costs.Edit: Not interested in telling you more after I have been strung along by multiple customer service reps who just tell me "sorry try ordering again!" when it isn't even true. They also lied about the minimum order amounts since they don't understand the system.You guys have been a time vampire for enough of my time. I am no longer allowing you to steal time from me, no I will not contact you ever again.I ordered this item from Rockauto instead and they delivered it in 2 days. Much better company than FleetPride can ever hope to be.

When you buy parts here open the box before you leave. If not the people here are rude and mouthy about making it right.
