“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Isabel Medina at Academy Bank for her outstanding service. She has always been a pleasure to work with, exhibiting the utmost level of professionalism and attention to detail. However, her exceptional customer service really shone through a few weeks ago when I encountered an issue with AT&T, who did not refund as they promised. I had spent two months dealing with their bureaucratic red tape and even consulted with Academy Bank to no avail.Despite facing difficulty in convincing the Dispute Department supervisor about the error in their decision, Isabel committed an hour of her time to speak with them. Unfortunately, after an hour of waiting on the phone, the call dropped, and nothing was resolved. But Isabel didn't give up. She promised to continue the dispute and follow-up with me. After an hour, Isabel called back with great news – the issue was resolved, and the refund was approved. I was ecstatic about Isabel's outstanding service. Thank you, Isabel – you are a true gem!”

I started banking with them in 2019 when I moved to Greeley and they have been exceptional in every aspect. I have recently move to Colorado Springs but I only call the Greeley on 10th location because of their quickness, friendliness and personality. Jasmine in particular has always been extremely helpful and understanding. I have personally met her in the bank and she’s always willing to help and do what she can to assist me. She has gone above and beyond for me as a costumer. I love this company and their people. Bank with them.”

My (80year old) elderly precious grandmother went to assist the best way she could. She was beyond nervous and unsure of what to do. “Wow... FirsTier Bank is a breath of fresh air. I recently switched to them after spending decades with W.F. and I'm so glad I did. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful... and they(I think every single person in the branch) actually all remembered my name before I was able to remember theirs... after only a few visits! They have routinely gone above and beyond to make sure I got the service that I needed. This bank truly has that "small town feel" in all the good ways. Their loan department is also phenominal and was able to help me when no one else would. It is a pleasure to do both my commercial and personal banking at FirsTier in Greeley. “I had the unfortunate experience of being scammed by someone impersonating my bank (not bank of Colorado) and since I also have bank of Colorado accounts I went into the branch to discuss any risks to those accounts and my identity and what I could do about it. I was so fortunate to work with Allie at this branch. She got to work quickly getting info on how to protect my account (which thankfully Bank of Colorado has a program to monitor my accounts, ss# etc) got me set up with new accounts and was so pleasant helping me turn this situation around. She had all the answers to my questions and was an absolute joy to work with. I am so thankful for her care and expertise today. Thank you Allie!!”

“I came to know First Interstate Bank while helping my dad during his terminal illness. We spent quite a bit of time there getting his accounts in order, and the staff took great care of him and treated him as a friend. The regional director of the bank even came to my dad's funeral. They genuinely cared about my dad while he was here.Now that my dad is gone, I have started banking with them. I trust them with my finances and my future. I would definitely recommend them again, especially this particular branch in Greeley. They feel like a local bank with how deeply they care about their community.”

“I have been a customer for many years. I use services in Greeley. The employees are and have always been amazing. My problem is with the drive up ATM. This has been ongoing for several months now. Making a deposit is almost impossible. It will take some bills then spit the rest out. Today it spit my bills all the way out onto the wet ground. Had to back my car up to reach ones under car. The security guard was great to help me. I was only depositing 12 bills I had just gotten frim withdrawal. I use a walker and didnt want to get out in rain to go inside. Used drive thru with tubes to finish transaction. Teller very understanding. Time to replace the ATM machine with one that actually will take a deposit in one try.”
