The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the company itself is garbage. I've never seen more out of order ATMs, week long "instant" transfers, and "unable to log in" messages from an app. 15 years ago this may have been the best bank you could be a part of but at this point, customers just need the technology to work.

This branch is terrible. This guy Julian is lazy, customer service is horrible.Had a customer write a check for house paint re-payment, customer had lock on account so no biggie they just have to call said customer to get authorization from customer for payment.Check was less than $130.. said he refused to cash check or call to get authorization.Then 2 obese women who I took it as some kinda mangers said because I was not a customer of their bank that they couldn’t cash the check…This is not the 1st time they do stuff like this.Had another person who used them as a bank got a check deposited into MY business account and 2days later I get a call from my bank stating that FNBO had put a hold on the check because it looked fraudulent, so I called my customer and told him that FNBO had done, he calls them and asks why they did that and they say it looked suspicious.So my customer then says how much was it for and the amount matched up with the bill, so he is like pay it, they then proceeded to tell him they wouldn’t be able to pay because they still felt it was fraudulent.Cost my customer more money..Place is biased against someone who has a small business.Beware this place will be biased towards you..

After reading the very poor reviewsfor this branch of FNBO in Greeley,I will most definitely NOT go thereto withdraw money for a vacation!It is incomprehensible that some of the incompetent and rude employeesthat work here still have a job!Guess the complaints aren’t beingheard! Don’t give up.

I’ve been been banking with FNBO for the past 3 years and I’ve been inside the bank multiple times to make transactions in person but I’ve received service like I did today the teller (T345363) was extremely rude about my address didn’t try to make conversations only brought up the fact my address didn’t match with the account why should that matter she had a rude tone to her voice and seem unprofessional. I’ve never had someone bring my address being a problem before. I’ve worked for a bank before and having different address from your ID shouldn’t matter.

I called in to check my balance and a couple of questions that I had regarding some charges and I had talked to an Ashley Reed who was very formal and respectful while helping me. It seemed like she actually wanted to help me and that all of my worries were taken away while speaking with her. I was having a bad day that day and just talking to and having her take my problems/concerns away made my whole entire day stress free. I really appreciate her kindness and attitude towards me she was very helpful thank you!

They closed our small town branch and then they don't even provide hours for working people. Should have at least a drive-thru open in the morning before 9:00 a.m., so people on their way to work can put their money in the bank.

I banked with FNBO in Kersey and was just having an awful experiences one after another right before they closed. I went to the Greeley location to close my account and, Andrea was the one who attended me she so helpful and professional she knows what she is doing she completely changed my view on FNBO and that’s why I decided to stay banking with them

Rudest and most unprofessional bank I had ever been to. You would think if you're coming there as a new customer and you were depositing a big check that they would be friendly and make sure to inform you of everything and take care of customers needs. But no instead they were rude unprofessional and were more worried about going on their lunch break instead of taking care of the customer definitely would not recommend this bank to anybody I took my money and my business elsewhere do not go here.

Months ago I went through the drive through area to pull out a larger sum of cash from a teller. I was shorted $50 and called to report this. The teller said they would have to check the drawer count at the end of the night and call me back. Not only did I never receive the $50 I was owed, I never even received a phone call in return. I’ve since then begun a small business and would have liked to have my business account there as well for simplicity sake. But obviously this bank cannot be trusted.

Customer service is very poor, typical big bank treatment. Tellers are great, but upper management is very poor, will be moving my personal and business accounts soon! Very disappointed with upper level managers. Feel like in back a Wells Fargo, Great big small bank is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I recently just got let go from a customer service job here. The only perks of working for this company are the healthcare benefits and that's about it. Training was an absolute nightmare, getting mixed information from multiple trainers and then getting thrown on the phones to answer customer questions not having a clue what we were doing. All of our class felt completely ill prepared and incredibly frustrated. Managers dont get back to you for 2 or 3 days and their IT department takes an hour to get a hold of. All in all it was a very poor experience and a complete waste of my time. I also feel that I got let go without getting a proper chance, especially with the fact that training was remote and terribly ran. Please dont work for this company its not worth it.

The worst humans on the face of the planet. Had to get a document notarized and was apparently missing some text for it. My mom who is a notary in Illinois says she just writes it in. Either way. Went home and found what seemed to be the correct thing, added it and went all the way back to the bank. They turned me away again! Being the only copy I had, now I am completely screwed because of their laziness! I will be switching banks. If they are this lazy with a notary how do you think they are with your money. Horrible people!

At first I really liked this place, but for the last few months the customer service has been so rude it’s unbelievable. They have been trying to charge me 27$ fees for withdrawing money which didn’t happen because it’s obviously free to withdraw money. Making us wait forever on purpose in the drive thru, giving the wrong change on purpose. They literally don’t like Me and when I try to call to talk to the manager, one of the rude tellers answers and sais that there is no manager there at the moment. They always say that like it’s a bank bro! I know you have a manager present. I hate going through the drive thru because I knows it’s just gonna put me in a bad mood.
