The staff at this location has always come through when my family and I have used this store. They've always been so professional, kind, and have had good humor. Mykl in particular stands out in his customer service/follow through.

I've used this location twice for prints and had a very pleasant experience the first time. However, the second time I went to pick up an print order the man who gave me my order began questioning me about my prints and why I wanted them and what I'm using them for. I was taken aback and just said personal use, they're flyers. Being a young girl who went into the store alone, this interaction made me extremely uncomfortable. I won't be returning to this location as I was made to feel unsafe and unwanted in the store.

Out of all of the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center locations that I've been to, this one is by far the worst! The employees at this location are quite possibly the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever had to deal with! If you need to print something, I DO NOT recommend that you go to this location because you will get absolutely no help and they'll charge you for every little thing they do attempt to help you with.

Get in and out and help is always good Sometimes there's a weird line and it goes slow and it's awkward and quiet in line.
