I went to Robert to get an estimate for light hail damage. Robert said he didn’t have the tools available so, he went above and beyond to recommend someone for me. Never had experience like this one he called his contact and that guy treated me like a long time customer. They were both very understanding and professional. In the future I would recommend going to Extreme Auto Works.

I really wanted to give this shop a try from all amazing reviews about the quality work. I was told that he would come out to give me a quote on two vehicles. Waited 2 weeks, nothing. No call, no show. Called and said he would be down later in the evening or in the morning. Waiting again, no communication and no show. I understand things happen, but give me a call to let me know you can't make it would be great so I'm not waiting around.

Robert went above and beyond fixing the front end, side passenger panel and hood of my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. It was in an accident and I had my front end zip tied so it didn't fall off. It looked awful and I hated driving it due to the way it looked! It looks better now than the day I bought it. Thank you Robert for all your hard work and professionalism! You always made sure to call and follow up with me about the progress and where you were on repairs. Robert is a genuine person that really cares about his customers and wants to see them leave happy with their vehicle!!
