The minute I stepped foot to the door, Raul made me feel Welcomed. I am so satisfied with the services I received from the staff. Raul went out of his way to make sure I was well taking care of and left with my vehicle. He is very professional and kind. DJ and Raul were patient with me throughout the whole process. Jordyn Ortiz has been amazing to work with. He was working alone and still worked with selling my son and me a car as well as all the other customers coming through the doors while assisting us. His patience with being pulled in every direction is phenomenal! He deserves a raise and bonuses every opportunity available.

Lied to me about the issues with the car before selling it to me in March , I have since been to the mechanic for issues with it 3 times . No one told me about the extended warranty it had where the passenger side catches on fire so the car shuts off power to avoid that . Not only that but I was misled as to when my first payment would be , they took advantage of my situation and being I really need a vehicle fast , they took advantage of me and didn’t even give me the courtesy of telling me my interest rate before I was signing the paperwork . I’m going to be paying $21,000 for a car that’s only worth $5,000 if it’s in perfect condition which it’s far from . They scammed me and will do it again to someone else . Steer clear of them and their shady business . They also knew my pay dates because we had to go over that for when the payments were made and they lied and told me they would be in my pay dates but they aren’t . And they hold that against me . Definitely do not recommend , my first and only experience buying a car and it has got to be one of the absolute worst deck I have ever made . This dealership is a joke and needs to be shut down immediately.

This is the best place to go I just bought a 2014 GMC my other truck was breaking down I was in desperate need of a vehicle that day these guys got me approved right away and brought the truck even from their other car lot Raul is the best in the fastest there's always hurdles you got to jump but he'll do his best 100%ly buy a vehicle from this place and the down payment was the best part it was the cheapest down payment I've ever give on a vehicle in my life

I've used this place since it was Herbies. Always was satisfied with my vehicle. This time I got a lemon and I complained since the 1st day. I was promised by Joe and Michael everything would be fixed. It was not. I've left 3 separate messages to Joe. Nothing. I've been talking to Sherry and nothing. I'll never do business here again. I would not recommend this place anymore as well.
