Do not shop here. The lady working the checkout near the door around 10:15am today had the nerve to lie to me about not having working keys for the restroom when I saw an on duty employee come out of the bathroom. Mind you, I was also a paying customer. And the bathrooms didn’t have any signs about it being broken or anything. Poor customer service.

Very poor customer service from manager....she literally just waited on her friend for check out. And when the other lady thought she was open she said she was not open and went to go sit back in the office 😒 their was a long line of people waiting to check out their stuff and she did nothing. Every time I go in there they are always very rude and especially management...I don't even feel comfortable shopping there

I am a fan and proponent of Dollar Tree. I love the selection, I love the DIY opportunities, I eagerly await the new seasonal goodies, and of course, I love the cost!Which is why I was so excited when this new location opened up. It's close to my house and clean and has a lot of great new products.I typically only leave reviews if they are outstanding or an abhorrent misjustice took place, I don't often leave reviews in the middle. This rating is in reflection of this particular location and not Dollar Tree in general. On my most recent trip to this location, I do feel like customer service failed.I have just recently tore a ligament in my ankle and as a result have to walk with the assistance of crutches. This past weekend my husband and I visited this Dollar Tree to stock up on snacks and beverages, expecting a restful weekend while I try and heal. Between the two of us we got quite a haul.Everything was fine until we started checking out. We were asked at the register if we had bags and told the cashier that we did. She began ringing up our items and I hobbled to the register with the bags, while my husband loaded up the conveyor belt. I set the bags on the counter but the cashier didn't beat an eye and continued ringing up items, setting them on the counter in front of me.Now normally I understand that if you bring your own bags, you typically are responsible for bagging up your items. But I would have thought, given that the customer in front of you is standing with the aid of crutches, a cashier might be inclined to help. But that did not happen.I tried to keep up, shoving the items into our bags as quickly as I could, but the cashier kept shoving more onto the counter, even knocking a couple of items onto the floor. Before we were even finished placing the items in our bags, a woman stepped behind us in line (mind you, the store was not busy at all) and the cashier began ringing her up without even waiting for us to leave the register.I have to be honest, the whole experience caused a lot of anxiety and was not at all pleasant. I'm not going to stop shopping at Dollar Tree or even this particular location, but I do hope that this somehow makes it back to the store. I worked retail before, it sucks, I get it. But if you're going to do customer service, the least you can be is kind.
