This is the first review I've ever made that's how this place is a joke. I took my truck in twice for a total of 8 hours to simply MOUNT A SLIP TANK AND RUN A HOSE FROM THE SLIP TANK TO THE GAS TANK if it sounds super easy it's because it is. It took me and buddy 30 minutes to do but with these guys they were completely stumped and couldn't even figure out how to put holes in the braces and run a bolt threw it. The main mechanic literally told me that I would need a fuel pump TO GRAVITY FEED DIESEL FROM A TANK 2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE TRUCKS TANK. Real rocket scientists at this place. 8 hours total over two days and they didn't do a single thing. They literally asked me if I could leave my truck there on Friday and pick it up sometime on monday.. for a slip tank and a hose.. I was gonna get a lot of work done to my truck here when I first came and now I wouldn't even let them do an oil change. IT TOOK US 30 MINUTES AND THEY WERE STUMPED dude quoted me 6 or 7 hours to do the job.. a slip tank

I purchased A ready lift air system.
And had CRP 4X4 install it. When they ran the airlines from the air compressor to the back bags, they ran the airline over the drive shaft. Without securing the airline which then caused the airline to rub on the drive shaft and rub a huge hole into the airline going to the air bags Their customer.
Service sucks they told me that I would have to pay another hundred and fifty dollars to have it replaced In my mind, they're just trying to get more money out of me. I would watch out for these guys. They're just in it for the money.

I picked up a truck shell on a snowy cold weekend and called these guys for some clamps (that I was unprepared for picking up my shell from a private party). Not only did these guys have what I needed in stock, 4 of the employees came out in the cold to help me set my topper on my bed (they didn’t need to help do that but did). They didn’t ask for anything in return but I had to throw them a few bucks for the help. In a society where most places are only worried about making a buck, this shop is a shining example of customer service and great customer experiences. I will always recommend them. Thanks guys!! I recently had CRP install a hitch receiver on my 2016 Jeep. They said the install was going to take longer than anticipated, but they still honored my original (reasonable) price quote for the labor. This place is great, has awesome customer service, and skilled workers. Thanks, CRP!

After reading some of these reviews, I am trying to figure out why the last 7 of my experiences have been terrible. The company I work for has taken 7 trucks in to have 5th wheel balls installed and every time I drop a truck off, I am met with boring personnel who seem the least interested in helping me. They take my key and say we will call you when it is done. I have yet to receive a call on any of the trucks, I drive by to see if it's done when in the area and low and behold, they are done. I go in and again no ambition to help me and they push me out like they have no concern for the next one to come in. This has been this way every time. I called to schedule this last truck i took in, hoping to have a better experience, yet again very disappointed. never called and my truck was tied up all day even after scheduling and appointment. After talking with one counter guy multiple times, going in he handed the work to someone else with no one in the store. I would not recommend this place due to the lack in customer service. They don't even deserve the one star i had to give to write this.

I had my new 22 Laramie tinted there and for the most part it was awesome, they were very quick, really cool dudes. I cleaned my windows for the first time today since having it done and noticed a couple knife scratches on the driver window and a hole, one on the windshield on passenger side. Highly unfortunate because I was beyond thrilled up to this point. If you don’t want to wait then these guys are great to go to, just be cautious that some errors also come with the speed. Would’ve been 5 stars but my OCD can’t look past them now that I’ve noticed them

Great place if you’re looking to fix up you off-road rig. Great service and selection. They also have a side gig selling awesome RC cars. Pretty cool.
