Been going to the store for years for my Rockies tickets and merchandise. The manager there I think her name is Robin very friendly patient and helpful. Have enjoyed the great customer service I have received over the years.

Went there to see if thay had a Sam Hilliard jursey,, I was told that he didn't play for the Rockies, that he was not on there roster. And sorry buddie....I feel like the ladie treated me like I was the one who didn't know what I was talking about when she should at least be watching the games. He has been a starter in the last several games. I geuss i will be getting my Rockies merchandise from Wal-Mart from now on.

Robin is always professional and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked sometimes better than the Diamond store at the ball park. If they don't have something you want it will be there in a couple days. Great store!
