This shop gets it. I needed a new muffler and tail pipe with no appointment I brought my truck in on a Saturday the owner listened to what I was saying crawled under my truck gave me some options and installed it all the same day

Went in for a quote, was told I need new Muffler and tail pipes and all of that would cost me over 600.00.. went to another Muffler repair shop 120.00, just Muffler needed replace. I'm guessing it's because I am a women.

I came all the way from Casper Wyoming and was supposed to have my exhaust done in Cheyenne and the place I was scheduled to have the work done could do it right. So I took a chance and call the only place open. They went above and beyond, and created me a totally custom exhaust that day.They have been in business along time and it shows!!!!! Absolutely will be back

In and out in 1 hour! My muffler had snapped and been repaired 4 times before finally just deciding to get rid of it. They brought it back to have a look and showed me immediately why the original kept breaking and how to repair it properly to not continue having the issue. They respected my decision to delete the muffler and keep the repair affordable. Just a really nice shop, really. Thank you!

Honestly this was the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. The team was very respectful and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and diagnose my car; order the parts and fix it, all within 1 and 1/2 hours!! Plus, I was a walk-in and he was servicing over customers all the while. You can’t beat the quality service. My car is driving like it’s new, with over 100,000 miles at that. They are super inexpensive on top of it all!!! 10/10 recommend stopping by. If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in for an estimate. All I wanted was dual true dual exhaust, I was supplying my own mufflers. And asked if they could lay out the exhaust how I wanted. They told me they would not use my parts or do a dual exhaust because they couldn't guarantee it would pass emissions. My car is 55 years old and has collector plates, no emissions test required, and I told them so. The owner then belittled and talked down to me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I should stick to newer cars if I wanted less problems. I have never been treated so rudely before. I absolutely would not recommend. I miss the bold owners, they treated everyone with respect and actually cared about retaining customers. The new owner knows nothing about customer service.

Stopped in last Saturday to get a quote on exhaust for the wife's jeep srt. After a short visit and a hand shake the deal was made. Later that night the boys stayed late to get our vehicle done. We are definitely pleased with the end result. Complete custom 3in from cats back and it sounds mean. Thank you Nate for delivering what we asked for. I highly recommend them for your custom needs.

I called on a Saturday and Nate told me to bring it in so they could check it out. They had me in and out and all patched up in 20 minutes.. on a Saturday with no appointment. Old school service with a smile. I highly recommend Collins Muffler. Nate will treat you and your wallet right.
