I called to inquire about some flowers and the woman (Patricia, I think she owns the shop) I talked to was very rude and talked down to me the whole time. I definitely do NOT recommend this flower shop.

I ordered by phone from out of state to fly in and pick up for my sisters graduation, and i sent a reference picture as to what i wanted, she was super helpful and she even waited for me as she closes early on Saturday and i came in later. Long story short they came out beautiful! Also they outlived all the other flowers my sister was gifted! Everyone loved them lol there weren't many custom bouquets , people just bought some off Walmart or from a lil tent they had at the campus. 10/10 service and plant quality ?❤️

Don't call and place orders. They are rude. Went to the store because it's so close. Ordered a corsage and bouttinere. They were supposed to be matching. Not even close. I get that sometimes flowers can't be controlled and they have to substitute but this was absurd. They didn't even remotely match. So disappointed. They were way different and smaller than pictured too. Will never use them again.

My husband had ordered flowers from you on two occasions and you have messed both of them up, first was in February for our anniversary day late and not what he ordered the second was for mothers days to be delivered on Friday, he was told "to many orders so you just canceled orders," very unprofessional. He has said he will find another florists. UPDATE I have changed this post to five star, but leaving the above review because we just found out that this was due to a hacker getting into there ordering site. so if you order from them on there website make sure it says Carol-Lynn's all the way through and your email and charges come from them and not another company such as Avas, because you will not get what you ordered or they will cancel the order because they spoofed to many websites.

amazing service and amazing flowers!! i ordered same day delivery and i’m so grateful they deliver to Pierce! my flowers came just as beautiful as i could have hoped! thank you! i highly recommend and will be returning as a customer :)

I was out of state , trying to have flowers delivered to a special friend. Carol-lynn's came to the rescue. Order over the phone and Same day delivery. They came out beautiful and the teddy was so cute

I walked into the store for the first time and the lady was very nice and showed me around what was in the display case. She also let me know she is able to also custom make any orders or even alter ones in the case. I saw an arrangement I really liked and requested shorter stems. she basically fought me not to do that. I felt embarrassed to even ask when she was the one to welcome me to alter whatever is in display. She kept saying "buy why" "but that would make the flower stem shorter" "Ill still charge you the same though". Very snappy and rude. First and last time I'll be there.

Called in a flower delivery in May. Requested the time of day (AM -when someone would be home) and no note for an anonymous birthday gift for an old friend. Owner was out of town but the nice lady employee on the phone said definitely no problem. It was a problem. Delivered in the afternoon (very hot that day) and with a note that had my phone number on it. Spent over a hundred but the fail did more damage than money could fix. Not cool guys. Very beautiful display though I unfortunately heard.

Carol-Lynns flowers did an excellent job on my wedding bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres. They got an amazing idea of what we wanted from pictures and made it even better. They were delivered on time and in amazing shape!

Patricia is such an Angel and went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service. It meant the world to me that Patricia helped me show love to someone very dear to me even though we are so far away. ? I’ll never buy flowers anywhere else.

We wanted to express our gratitude to our company owner for all her hard work and generosity! We ordered the Designers Choice Flowers and they put together a beautiful arrangement for us!
