This company has sent 3 repair people to my house and none of them know the details when they show up. They have all contradicted the previous repair person. I have paid for a warranty on a 1 year old washer that is really nice but have waited 4 months on a repair and it’s still not fixed.

Do not purchase from this company I have had multiple issues with my Samsung Fridge, there warranty company product protection plus is a scam please google them if you don't believe me . Every supervisor in the place is a joke and it takes weeks to hear from them. I have had issues with my fridge for over halve a year. I have had techs in my home a total of 6 times. with a 7th scheduled, they will not replace my fridge. I have filed a a complaint on the BBB with them, and there is multiple already filed. 4000$ waste of my time, I have lost food and wages that exceed the price of all this. This is not a toaster this is a fridge an essential item for a family. This company will give you the run around, and tell you product protection plus will save the day. They will not, the presidents hotline is a lady that will laugh at your situation. I will be filing a civil case soon with them. I understand they didn't make the fridge, but they sold this too me and will not fix my issue.

They were suppose to do the warranty work for another company on my dishwasher. It took 47 days of us calling to get them out to our house. THEN they told us they cannot reinstall the dishwasher to our cabinets for their store policy. I called and they asked for photos then blew me off. So far nothing is resolved. Good luck getting them to follow through with promises.

We purchased the warranty offered at Appliance Factory. We have had no issues with the unit for 2 years. This month we were getting an unbalanced code on our unit. We called Appliance Factory and they had set up a technician to come and fix our unit. They came out and barely did anything. He recalibrated the tub sensor and called it fixed. That same night the same issue occurred. I tried texting the technician to address the problem and had no response for days. He finally said there is nothing wrong with the unit and it's user error! I am extremely frustrated and even more irritated that we paid Appliance Factory hundreds for a warranty and they sent out these people. Now if they come back out here they want to charge me additional money to fix the issue that was never fixed in the first place! If I could give 0 stars I would!Yours truly,Extremely dissatisfied customerP.s. It turns out it wasn't user error. I changed out the suspension rods myself! And what do you know, problem fixed. It only cost me 35$. Im sure saving me money, time, and a headache.I had even mentioned to your "technician" that the suspension rods may be the issue and he informed me that he checked them and they were fine. You guys obviously don't care about fixing the issue. You only care about lining your pockets with money.

I tried calling in and the only path is overseas. There ONLY option is "is it under warranty". If not there is nothing they will do. Won't even give you info on who they use so you can go direct. If you want help, call someone else

Buyer beware with buying the extended warranty. We've been waiting for two months - you heard that right - 2 months to have our fridge repaired. The 1st time the repair guy showed completely unprepared. Even after we took pictures and trouble shot the problem we still had to reschedule. Beware he only comes to northern Colorado one day a week - Thursday. Now our fridge has gone from a simple repair to a huge one because the problem continues to get worse. Extremely dissatisfied. Don't sell a warrant if you can't provide the repair!

We have used this company for several years. While during the pandemic service was slow the was not held against them as the world was terrible. I am told they recently have had a big turnover or been sold. The service now is not worth a dime. There is no communication and if you manage to get someone here there is NO SERVICE done just inappropriate charges for a call and referral to another company to blame not the real source of the problem. Upper management is not responsive. Our experience is this is a bait and switch and a complete scam. If it wouldn't cost me more I would hire an attorney.Service: Washer/dryer repair

They misdiagnosed the issue with my fridge and freezer and not keeping optimal temperature and my ice maker not making ice. They changed the heater out but left exposed wires and didn't nut them together properly causing the new heater to burn out within 12 hours. They don't answer texts. The phone number goes to someone who says they'll put in the request. No phone calls back. 2 months I am having to get this repaired from someone else. 2 months without my fridge and I have a pregnant women living in my house. Very poor customer service. I am trying to get a refund. Will update my post when I get it. If I could give no stars I would. Don't use these people.Services: Refrigerator repair

Horrible service. I have been waiting 2 months for them to fix my washer. It took them 3 weeks just to come out and look at it, then another 3 weeks to come and fix it half way. Then when they got to my home only fixed half of what was needed then the service guy told me the wrong part was ordered and they would order a new part and come out the same week. Well i called 3 days later because i never got a call back and found out they closed my ticket and said it was fixed. So then they had to open up the ticket and all I get is a text message saying the part is delayed. All that is needed was a belt still 2 months later my washer is still not fixed. This company has no communication and has Horrible service. Please save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Washing machine repair

This is my 2nd review for this UNPROFESSIONAL company, if you read my comments and reply from my 1st review the manager David replied to call him back. I did call back and his explanation and tone was not professional. David says that I'm bashing his company, but its his lack of professionalism that is doing that for him. I highly encourage everyone to spend your money elsewhere because they will nickel and dime you for what a new unit will cost. Good luck david.
