No one even knows how to use the products they sell and do not know how to answer questions but to use the words Unfortunately But we don't!!! Sad to say our world is coming to kids running stores with no professional skills or manners. This generation of customer service sucks hands down.

I recommend NOT EVER buying a phone from boost mobile. I been a VERY loyal customer for 11years & I never had a problem with them until buying a phone that was never sent to me. I am hoping no one goes thru what I went thru with boost mobile. If you don't already know they are switching to a 4G network and which is why I bought a new phone through them. I really trusted you guys & you guys fail several times this past month to help me out. Sadly I will not continue to be with this Savage phone company whom do nothing to help there communities or customer in need. If u don't believe just ask the boost mobile community.

Avoid purchasing anything from boost there customer service is very rude and not helpful in any way. You'll get told multiple different things by multiple different people. No one has control over your money that you can reach. They are honestly sharks.

This is store has very knowledgeable sales reps, service is fast even when is just one rep at the store, Boost has the best service for the piece.

I've been going to this Boost mobile store for years. I just got 3 new business lines along with my 2 personal lines. The gentleman that works there is always so friendly and knowledgeable he always is able to answer any questions I might have. He always has a smile. Bonus this store is extremely clean and they have even better prices than online.

Terrible services, very dishonest people because they cannot charge for the simcsrd at any store but from particulars store that Belongs to the same owner they charge you for it. Very bad business SIMCARD IS FREE because it comes with every boost mobile device "DO NOT CHARGE $10.00 FOR SIMCARD" you not Supposed to charge for it you guys are scams
