Ordered an open box item online it was ready for pock up the next morning. the staff was very friendly at curbside pick up .

After buying a new laptop from Best Buy found I couldn't load some apps. Brought it back to them. They spent some time analyzing what was going on and deducted there was a corrupt OS. Without much problems did a replacement.
