What a wonderful experience we had. My father and I had to replace the battery of the car, so we came to this Auto Zone. Giovanni was very helpful, kind, efficient, and professional. Ok customer service. But when you go to buy a part they say it's one you need being the first one they see and don't go to the 1 you need. They give a gasket set with three gaskets when you needed the complete gasket kit! 3 trips later I just might be able to get the job done!!!

They were very nice and helpful to me and they also speak Spanish so being bilingual helps other people that can speak English so that is a plus so thank you very much.
