I was in an accident 4 days ago. They were on within, Hooked and Gone within minutes.They tried hustling me out of an extra $90 then what was originally agreed upon.After the scam was settled I still ended up paying the original price we agreed on.The tow yard is roughly three blocks away from my house. I gave them cash so they could get it over right away.I was told the truck driver will be on his way and to meet him at my house.It took them 3 hours to get it there.

I recently needed to schedule my car to be towed to the dealership, Auto Collision Towing made my experience so simple and easy. Great at communicating, would definitely recommend using them!

Nice friendly people here. They helped make accommodations so I could get photos of my truck off hours. I feel they went above and beyond what I would have expected from a towing company. Thank you, and if I ever need a tow, I know who I'll call!

A great and reliable company. Unfortunately for me, I have had to have my vehicle towed 3 times now. They were there to help each time. They get the job done in a timely manner. Their pricing isn't ridiculous like some other companies. Hopefully, I won't need a tow anytime soon but if I do they will be the ones I call. Thanks for your help guys!

My name is Terry it's approximately 10:41 a.m. I am here to pick up my company truck and trailer there's no staff here doors locked Gates locked no notes on the door business hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towing hours are 24/7 including holidays and weekends I called the company's number lady is very rude I asked her for a discount for the inconvenience she said they do not do discounts I was told to wait 30 minutes and she would be here my time is very important invaluable as well I do not recommend you using this company if you have business or you need your vehicle immediately I came yesterday evening and was told I cannot get my vehicle due to the temp tag being expired by 2 days I asked if they could tow it to my property and I was told that there is no one available to do tow for my vehicle I feel they wanted to charge me an extra day this this company I do not recommend this tow company to use I'm here waiting for my company truck and trailer I have appoints to be at but am gonna have to reschedule do to this company not being professional thanks.its now 10:48 I'm still waiting no one here I wish I can leave a photo.poor poor services

I’ve used this company many times over the years. Been a good company til recent the past couple times I’ve used they have been bad experiences due to the owner/driver Paul being intoxicated. Needed my truck towed auto collision was recommended. Dispatch lady was very rude after hanging up I almost called another company. I’m glad I didn’t. The driver showed up surprisingly fast. Was very respectful and helpful. I am glad I didn’t call. Another company turned out to be the best Towing experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this company to be with first choice. Please teach your drivers common courtesy while driving on a canyon road. If there is a line of cars behind their truck. Use the pull offs to let cars by. Not doing so, paints a bad picture of the company name on the truck. Poor branding. Very disappointing. Thank you.
