Oh yikes my husband had the worst dental experience here. I called them about 9 months after obtaining the first estimate that we were ready to move forward as I had better dental insurance. Emailed in advance to ask if they can honor the quote to which they said yes and then turned around with a significantly higher estimate. We said we would take our business elsewhere and they backtracked and agreed to honor the agreement. Next problem they handed him his upper dentures which were supposed to be a replacement and they were missing a tooth in the back. The tooth was on the wax fit they made. The wax fit was great while the actual dentures fit awkwardly, loosely, and uncomfortably. He complained and they blew smoke up his bottom that it's just cosmetic. It caused uneven pressure and excessive pain for them to be uneven but they continued to run him around. They then ignored my husband's post op phone calls and then couldn't get him scheduled,so he bared through the pain. He went back for the bottom wax fit and complained that he still struggled with the top and they begrudgingly "fixed it" by adding a tooth and adding more material causing them to fit to tight. The bottoms were also made incorrectly with small teeth causing him to appear to be frowning all the time. At this point my husband adjusts them himself. As he can't bring himself to bother with them again. The dentures were made so thinly that in less than 6 months the denture surface has worn holes through and we are saving money to go elsewhere next year. I went to the Greeley, Colorado clinic and have never had such a great experience at the dentist. I felt heard and felt that what I wanted for myself and the health of my mouth was taken seriously. It felt like they genuinely put my health and happiness with my mouth over the paycheck. And I cried through the appointment with tears of relief and joy of finally being put first.

My experience is greatDr B and assisted Ayla were the best I have ever had for dental work . I had 15 upper teeth removed. Dr B was so gentle , Ayla care was awesome making sure I was ok and making sure I am in no pain .The whole office are full of joy and very professionalI have recommended them to everyoneIf There was a 6 star I would give them.I have my smile back and no painJim

Took my husband in for an emergency, broken tooth and severe pain dentist declined to remove tooth. Insisted on rescheduling for days later and did not even prescribe antibiotics quoted 2k to remove a piece of tooth and solicited unnecessary treatment and did not address the initial problem. If you are coming in for one thing take care of that issue first and then proceed with other treatment at a later time not the other way around.

I need a new full upper denture to replace the one I have now but had questions first. In the video they have online for "what to expect", it shows a consultation first. I wasn't allowed a consultation to ask questions without first taking x-rays. I have no teeth so that made no sense to me so I refused until I was able to speak to the Dr. I would have consented to the x-rays if I could have had my questions answered first. Owning a customer service business myself, that spoke volumes to me about the level of care they actually have for their patients. However, I will say the office staff I had contact with was very friendly.

my college son went in for 1st visit, cleaning and xray. Bill was over $850, he has dental insurance or it would have been $1600. NEVER AGAIN! they didn't tell price until work was done and offered a payment plan. RIDICULOUS! 1st cleaning and xray should NEVER be that much when you have dental insurance

Wonderful staff! I just Started going here, and i was Welcomed with very respectful and kind employees! Ayla was wonderful with dealing with my tooth pain during x-rays, following with impressions and super nice and added a great environment to come to! Dr. B was very helpful with giving options to what route to go about my tooth! Would reccomend this place for all dental needs!

Beware, they tell you one thing and then do something completely different. They are after your wallet, not your business, not very good customer service in my opinion..Would much rather take my business elsewhere..

Ayla was absolutely amazing! Getting my Digital Impressions was a complete breeze. She made me feel super comfortable and was so friendly. Looking forward to when my partial denture comes in. Dr B. has also been an amazing help with my entire treatment plan I feel so comfortable going to Aspen.

I had multiple extractions done same day. Dr.B and assistant Ayla where amazing. Made sure I wasn't in any pain. Fast friendly and very professional. Worked out a dental plan that will work for me. Thank you aspen dental of greeley!
