“They have the wrong phone number for the front desk and every time I am able to find the real number no one answers the phone. The maintenance system is really slow and when you put a work order it takes several days if not weeks to get it resolved. They usually only do half the work anyways. The apartments themselves are definitely nice and for the price you pay they are worth it for sure. This could be cheaper than anywhere else on campus considering I paid nearly double last year to sleep in a closet of a dorm where I had to share a bathroom with everyone else. It is nice, and affordable for what you're getting, but I wish they were more organized and structured.”

“I originally gave a 5 star review, and then today happened. The complex put a new rent pay system into place. The system has apparently glitched. We have paid our rent but we received a notice on our door. We tried to call and no body answered. So my husband walked to the office so we could resolve the issue. The lady at the desk was very rude. Spoke over my husband and talked down to him. First of all Gateway, this was your mess up. Your responsibility. Not ours. We have done our due diligence. But to talk down to your residents? Especially those who pay their rent on time every month for over a year. Who is trying to work with you during this mess up of yours!!! I am taking a star away. Treat your residents better! It’s things like this that would make someone leave. Do better!”
