I ordered a 2018 ford f150. They got it for me and I discovered that the motor and the transmission had been exchanged for much older parts and that the connections were not done correctly, such that smoke filled the cab and almost killed me. We discussed the problem twice within 36 hours after purchase where I was informed that they could not help me. They were not willing to resolve my problem until after I got rid of the truck. I trusted them and sent thousands of people to them. I would not trust them to be there for you.

First off I want to say I was polite and was willing to work with these people. I purchased a 2011 Ford explorer. It was in decent condition and the things it was lacking I could live with. But about a week or so with the car, the stereo wouldn't come on. I called and they took it in and tried to see what was wrong. It took a couple weeks because the stereo came back on so I thought it was ok until it did it again. So they worked on it and it happened again. They needed to order a part. Ok great! But months went by and still no part. They didn't like that I was calling so often to check on it so they said they'd contact me when it came in. After a few months I called to ask about it and they apparently had it, but couldn't find it. A few days later they said they found it but the mechanic wasn't there anymore so I could take the part and get it done somewhere else or wait until they got a mechanic. I took the part and it's not even the right part. And when I called to complain and share my frustrations all I was told is that they did it to be nice and they can't Warranty it and it was working when I left so it's my fault and blah blah blah. I lied to the bank about my trade in because that's what they asked me to. I told them I'd take it to someone and flip them the bill and oh no we can't do that you have to pay for it. This place is definitely buyer beware.

If I could do 10 stars I would have. The dealership caught my eye with a jeep wrangler. I test drove it I knew there were a few issues it is older however they have gone above and beyond to fix everything (despite not having to). Amazing company.
