Super disappointed. My grandmother service was today. We met with them a few days ago to plan everything. Hot mess! They were very disorganized. They told us they'd call the next day to finalize the bill. They didn't. They completely jacked up my grandmother's slide show. When we expressed our concern, they were complacent. The service felt cookie cutter, and didn't feel like it was what my grandmother wanted. She created all of her own funeral plans 25 years ago and created her pre-need arrangements. Back then, the funeral home was in Eaton and felt very personal. Now at the time of her death, it feels like a corporate "rush 'em in, rush 'em out." They even was $500 to steam her service to our family who couldn't attend. It felt like we had an intern setting all her arrangements. The only nice thing I can say is that their facility was nice, but that doesn't make up for their lax approach to our family. If I could do 0 out of 5 stars, I would! Take your loved ones to funeral home that will actually care about them!

I would recommend Allnutt Funeral & Cremation - Macy to anyone that has lost a loved one . Michelle did a very good job assistanting with our every needs to make this time a littleless painful.

I would not recommend this place for any grieving family. It was salt in our already hurting wounds. First off the flowers for the viewing were late and the wrong flower. Second off the paul bearers names were not even on the funeral program, even though it appeared that way on the link that is online. When the service was over there was no order at all, no dismissing row by row, no order at all. There was no escort to his final resting place and it was hard for the vehicles to remain together. We were not notified in advance that the seating was limited. BTW my brother is Fred Gonzales Jr and his service was on May,8th,2021.

Ann with Macy Allnutt was everything we needed as a family. She was compassionate, empathetic and extremely helpful to our needs. She was creative in her offerings for us and for my wife’s memory. I cannot thank her and Michelle for all of their assistance.

Julieen and Ann did an amazing job with taking care of mom and helping us through the arrangements. During this time of not being able to meet face to face, they were very clear in their communications and patient with our decisions and how long they took. I know that Julieen took very good care of mom and I cannot express how appreciative we are for that care.

All the staff that I interacted with gave me respect and compassion I needed during the passing of my husband. Ann Dougherty assisted me in handling through out what was needed and preparation for the services, who to contact after his death which was very help. I was even contacted by phone to check up on me which I greatly appreciated, it was so nice to think that Julene and Ann made sure I was not forgotten after all was said and done. I thank all of the personnel who carefully gave my husband the dignity he truly deserved and the respect for him, and the kindness shown to me.Thank YouDarr Jablonski

My son passed away unexpectedly and Samantha our funeral director made everything go so smoothly and so Beautyful. She took really good care of my baby. It's almost been a year now and I cant be More Greatful for All the employees at Allnutt especially Samantha! ❤❤❤

I would like to provide you with a review about what happened after my Mother died last year. Julieen Burnham furnished me compassionate, loving service, with staying the course, even now almost seven months later we are still speaking with each other, everybody at Allnutt Funeral Home I still asking me how I am doing. To me, they have gone above and beyond what I have thought was their job to do. They have been great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for wonderful service.

Never ever take a loved one here. My daughter passed and me being next of kin I had to sign the papers. They stopped taking my calls for 2 days I found a different number for them so they answered and informed me they were letting the person paying for it decide what to do with MY CHILDS remains, the person paying was her employer!! They never called to ask if I wanted to pay, never informed me of anything! Now my daughters remains are the exact OPPOSITE of what I wanted done! Who knows who else they have done this too unaware? This is my beautiful daughter!
