My walker did not fit to go through the door in my bathroom and have not been able to use it. Had to pay out of pocket. I will NEVER again deal with these fools after they denied me returning it. I would rather buy a used one. I will make sure I tell as many people that they are not people friendly.

Amazing customer service and the staff truly cares about their customers. I’ve needed supplies spur of the moment and I can stop by unannounced, buy what I need, and be on my way within minutes. Not to mention they carry my supplies to my pickup for me, and on cold days they’ll bring them outside to me. Great people!!

The guy there didn't even know what I needed. After I explained it to him. He said it was a special order and he didn't know if or when he could get it in. All I needed was a SI Belt.. I was very disappointed in his service. Needless to say I won't ever go their again if I need something..
