January 28, 2024, about 11:00 a.m., we entered Advance Auto Parts on 10th Street in Greeley, Colorado and were welcomed by multiple service people who were helping others. We found everything we thought we needed and then Autumn called us over to her register. We will never be able to thank her for all of her knowledge and patience as she went through each item we had chosen and kindly explained what would be better, and in some cases cheaper, to purchase for our old Dodge work truck. She retrieved all the parts we needed for a tune up and answered numerous questions with professionalism.After a few hours of installing all those parts and changing all the fluids, we returned to the same location to get their opinion on several warning lights that remained glowing. Chris then quickly attached the diagnostic tool and happily explained that there were no codes being thrown.To both of you, and all the workers at Advance Auto Parts of Greeley Colorado, store # 08437, YOU ROCK! Thank you for all of your help and excellent selection.

If I had the option to not put a star then I would! I had to get lights for my vehicle, came to this location and the doors where locked 3 hours before they where supposed to close (Business hours say closed at 9pm)

The guy at the desk was super helpful and kind. He greeted me helped me find what I needed made sure it was right for my car. He even offered to help install my new windshield wipers. Awesome experience! It’s things like this that keep me coming back.

Very nice young man installed a new battery for me and continued to apologize for my wait even though they were very busy. I offered him a tip more than once but he would not take it.

Went looking for chrome bumper bolts which the website said they carried. They showed two package (of two bolts) in inventory. Not knowing there was more than one of these stores in our area, we went to the closest one. They didn't have any in stock. No problem as they could be ordered and arrive overnight. We needed 6 bolts total so we ordered and paid for three packages. The next day they called when the bolts came in, but they only ordered two packages and made us drive across town to pick up the third package. Will probably not shop with them again.

So I go into the store for a single part 1st thing in the morning on Saturday that they say they can have by 1:30 PM. So I stopped in at 2:30 PM and and they say it's running late. Call at 5:30 PM and and they don't know whats going on, but say a 2nd store 5 minutes away has it go there. OK I'm frustrated now after wasting my whole day but OK I'll go to that store. Unfortunately they're closed by the time I arrive at 6 PM. So I called back my store and say did you know you're sending me to a closed store? Unfortunately They didn't have any clue what's going on with their neighboring stores. So I ask when can you get a new part. Now it's going to have to wait till Monday....Sad thing was if they would have told me 1st thing this morning that there's 2nd store 5 minutes away from the 1st store had it this could all been avoided.Fortunately I have canceled the order now. I will word-of-mouth have nothing good to say about this franchise and it will always be the last place that I will look for anything.EditReplyPoint is customer had to wait all day for a part they could have sent me down the road to sister store 5 minutes away. 1st thing in the morning they could have done this!The complete incompetence was on rare display. And to top it off at 7 PM as I'm literally walking out the door from canceling the order to my back the manager sarcastically gives me have a nice day to top it off.I had kept my cool at all times with this. But I almost turned around and had some choice words about my frustrations, but decided just to walk out and leave my review as my rebuttal.Will not be back ever...
