Hykes Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly as soon as you walk in. Everyone is working together, willing to help and give advice on what may work best at the lowest cost. They offer personal service and are patient, providing great customer service. The store itself is great with lots of different, unusual items, a place you could spend the day just checking out the shelves and feel right at home. It is a neighborhood hardware place where many customers are known by name, which keeps them coming back time and again. They also have convenient U-Haul rentals, though the U-Haul rental experience itself can sometimes be difficult. Overall, it is a store with quality products and a convenient shopping experience from local experts.

Came to find a bolt that had broken on my recliner and to have 8 keys made. Aiden, was new to the job, but was extremely helpful and patient. Great customer service kiddo. This will be my go to Ace.
