DO NOT RENT HERE! Seriously the worst place in town! Have a 24 hr number but it's just an answering service they have no ability to do anything! We were told a total of 8 times we would get a call back from manager to gain access to the unit we rented with no call ever! Paid over $350 for a unit and were given a gate code after 4 calls the answering service was able to forward an email that apparently was not accurate. After driving all day from out of state and with a rented trailer that had to be returned we still had no access. We had paid for several days before our arrival making sure everything was done because we were coming from out of state. Now we are stuck leaving everything in the trailer and another rental fee for the trailer and fines. And taking a day off work to try and find another storage unit. Oh and by the way still out the $350 for a unit we were never even able to get past the gate to.
Management is beyond awful, service worthless, Seriously save yourself a ton of headache pain and suffering

DO NOT rent a storage unit from this company! Thousands of dollars of my personal property was stolen from the unit I rented down to all my personal information along with my daughters! Secure? Yes, they have cameras but do not have access to view camera footage! I locked the unit with a lock and key I purchased from Affordable Secure Storage 42 days later I go and empty the unit just to find that my unit was still locked but almost everything my daughter and I owned was taken! It’s pretty obvious who the thieves are in this situation and it wasn’t a first for this company! I’d go on and on word for word but enough has been taken from my daughter and I! I never would have imagined something this evil was possible at a storage company and now regret not taking a second to read the reviews and although my daughter and I are at a total loss I hope this review and my experience saves another family from losing all they own to this said company.

A good friend of mine rented a storage unit from this business and purchased a lock from them. Her belongings were in the unit for a month and half. when she returned to move her things out, her unit was still locked but she is missing thousands of dollars worth of belongings from clothing, to appliances/electronics, to her personal legal documents. The front office representative as well as the owner were extremely unprofessional and unapologetic. Stay away from this place.

WARNING!! WE GOT ROBBED AND THEY DIDN'T CARE OR HELP. THEY COVERED THEIR TRACKS! STORY: Our storage unit got robbed of everything we had, we didn't have much WE WERE YOUNG NEW PARENTS AND JUST MOVED TO GREELEY. We had to put everything in storage until we could find our own place to live. After finding our storage unit empty The receptionist HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY," WELL YOU DIDN'T LOSE DIAMONDS OR ANYTHING AFTER SHE SAW ME, SO DISTRAUGHT AND CRYING. WHAT A MONSTER. THEN FOR SOME MYSTERIOUS REASON THEY HAD NO RECORD of us entering the facilty they track it with the code you use to get in and out. THEY ALSO HAD NO CAMERAS SO BASICALLY WHEN COPS SHOWED UP TO DO REPORT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING. WE NEVER SAW OUR THINGS AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VALUABLES EVER.
