This store is one of the cleaner and more safe 7-11 locations in town. It has a variety of coffee machines, slurpee machines, and cold drinks available. I like the self checkout here, makes quick stops super convenient.

The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. Over they weekend they had one worker for each shift. The poor lady working in the morning was crying because of overwhelmed they were. The over night guy Cayden had over 100 basketball kids in the store and had to balance door dashes, all those kids and customers. They seemed to be over whelmed and exhausted. Having that few people for a weekend is shameful. Hope they find better jobs with better people running the place.

Service was great! But get more staff for night time! Doordash orders and the night time rushes can be overwhelming on your employees. I hope the woman working tonight at this location gets a raise ! It was very busy when I went in and she was doing her best. Not only would another person be able to help but it should be a safety concern as well. Too much goes on in this town to have a woman working alone at night.

Just because your having a bad night does not give you the right to be rude and condensending. Would it kill you to have some Customer Service skills and be respectful. Totally unacceptable behavior and response from you when trying to show proof of purchase since I used the Mobile Scan and Pay. Why are the restrooms closed?

Wow!! DO NOT visit this 7-11, if I could give 0 stars I would. Corporate should look into their franchise license. Very dirty store, they hold the straws behind the counter and then they do not follow through on the prices they advertise. Was in there today with a man named Jonathan behind the counter and when I told him of the price discount he walked around to show me when he saw it said discounted he tried to argue with me that I’d bought a larger size then the discount. I could have poured the drink in a smaller cup but that’s wasteful, so when I asked for a manager because I wasn’t paying for the higher amount he’d have to keep it, he said “he would”. So I left. Horrible service. Do not go here!!! I never will again!!

2 stars because the morning staff is AMAZING! I frequent this location 3-4 mornings a week, and the ladies who work that shift are friendly, helpful and overall a 5 star shift.However, today I met Ronnie.. I paid with card and my gas timed out. I'm low on funds.. payday is soooooooo close but it ain't today.. so when I found out that the 20 I put in would not go back on my card right away, i was understandably frustrated but by no means irate. The women who rang me up was really nice, and not at all confrontational.. she gave me a print out showing that the 20 was put back on my card.. but I kinda stood there debating if I wanted to put money I got out of the ATM for something else in the gas tank.. and said as much out loud.. I'm a self talker.. here comes Ronnie with the tude.. arms crossed leaning on the counter, rbf.. he's like she gave u the receipt, that's the policy whamp whamp.. I said is there a sign posted with this policy. He kept referring me back to the receipt. I'm a solution based individual and after a minute of back and forth I asked for the managers number or email, he was like she'll tell you the same thing. I informed him that I wanted to suggest a sign to advise people of this policy.. he was rude, closed off body language, passive aggressive and just made a no fault situation worse. I told him nobody likes him and he invited me not to come back. I will indeed be coming back tomorrow morning to voice my complaint about Ronnie's lack of customer service skills, and to suggest a sign so that customers don't dilly dally after their card gas purchase. Ronnie has horrible customer service and while the other lady was working, that man was just leaning on the counter being rude..If it wasn't for the morning staff this would be a 1 star review

This location is a JOKE.The customer service is terrible from the manager down to the cashiers. ESPECIALLY in the morning. These women look mad at the world for no reason.EVERY MORNING.The espresso coffee area is never clean, and there is a drink stain by the fountain drinks that has been there for months.NEVER has windshield wiper fluid outside,and definitely not a place to bring your kids unless you want them to hear employees cursing, or have to explain to them later why a man that smells like urine, NOT purchasing anything is hanging around the counter.My experience made me NEVER want to step back in a 7/11 or spend my hard earned money at one.I have a video but it will only let me post a picture, so I will have to figure out how to send to cooperate.-Darren
