I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The woman who runs the show is obviously overworked and tired. My 1st trip in to set up a storage unit was greeted with her having an ugly conversation with another customer on the phone. "I should have taken it as a sign!", then her helper angrily directed me in the facility. My 2nd trip in was to take care of a late payment, where I was berated and belittled for not reading my contract. My last experience was by phone. After having my identity stolen and bank account emptied, I was told by this lady that she hears that story several times every day. I understand that people have lots of excuses to not pay their bills, but I've never been treated so poorly when trying to pay one! To whoever owns this company, you should really take a look at what this type of customer service is going to do for your profitability.

I have 2 units here and one has lots of nice and it seems horrific because some have died i am so disgusted i cannot even stand opening my unit i don't know what i am going to do when the time comes to move it all out it's horrible and the lady from the office suggested i go down and get mouse bait(poison) from her the next morning and i decided that's probably not the best idea since it's just going to kill more in my unit so i put sticky traps i have caught 5 now and if i don't have anyone with me i end up calling the man that works there and have him get it out then the whole test of the time i am there my whole body trembles in gear that i am going to see another one!!!! yuck is baaaaad!!!

There's two different managers. I don't care what anyone says. I rented a unit here & when I returned back after the weekend; I felt my mama's intuition tell me my son was in the back room in the office; so I went in and I asked if I could get my son & bring him with me, she replied; I guess so, why are you asking me? I said because I need you to unlock this gate so I can go get him out of that room. She responded, I'm the manager here I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I guess she didn't recognize me. One has really sad child like eyes & one has evil looking eyes. They are NOT the same person.

These comments are misleading and bogus. I would like to find out who owns these and talk to them. Gretchen is so rude, hateful, and very disrespectful. Her son same way. These people have no customer skills. The sales they have are in the way. Where do they keep getting stuff to sell? I believe they are as crooked as a question mark. They don't help people not even on a good day. Owner number please. How do I find it.

I've always nothing but positive and friendly experiences here. I will always recommend this place. The owners are friendly and clean. Never had anything to complain about. I've had a unit here twice. Just follow your contract and won't have any problems.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The lady at the desk - older is downright RUDE and disrespectful...I would give NEGATIVE stars if that was possible..I have NEVER been treated to bad before!!! STAY AWAY!

This place is awesome! It is run by some folks who really care. I was in a spot and pretty much flat broke. They allowed me to start moving some stuff in and pay them in a few days. Lol I haven't gotten around to that part yet, but I'm working on getting it paid. I'm looking forward to doing business with these folks. I love that it is family run. I would recommend these folks to anyone!
