Lone Eagle Lodge is a family owned and operated business located in the breath-taking small town of Grand Lake, Colorado, the west gate to Rocky Mountain National Park. The location can't be beat, with the whole town and the lake within walking distance, just steps from countless activities. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and have plenty of space, with updated decor. They include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and a desk area. The staff and owners are super helpful, friendly, kind, gracious, and accommodating, providing a no-stress experience. In summer, guests can enjoy the lake, fishing, hiking, windsurfing, boating, kayaking, live music, and many restaurants. In winter, there are unbelievable snowmobile trails and incredible ice fishing. It is a nice place for the whole family to visit, with a lovely patio area and convenient parking.
Holiday weekend yet still a no-stress friendly front desk experience. Nice staff/owners. Fridge had a great freezer compartment which is so helpful! Comfy room with lots of space, parking right by the door, and location is great. The desk area plus table = excellent.

Nice place for the whole family! The staff was super nice, and very accommodating. Everything is walking distance, especially the lake. We went during summer, and had a blast kayaking at the lake. We always felt safe at this location. We want to definitely visit again!
