Bought a ring from Zales with their credit card and had made all the payments on time but on the last payment I made through the portal on their website it said there was a problem with the request, I called and the representative said it would go through. It didn’t and I got a $400 interest charge.

Andrea at the Grand Junction Masa Mall location is phenomenal. Her dedication to my husband and I, never ceases to amaze me. We are repeat customers because of her service! I have my original wedding ring, a new wedding set, my husband's wedding band, his earrings, my earrings, his cross necklace, my 2 necklaces and his bracelet all from Zales dew to her. We will continue to go back!
