Used to love this Pharmacy, but want to put out a warning. We recently changed back to here after insurance made us move to another Pharmacy further away. We gave them our multiple cards and tried to set up our account. No prescriptions are transferable from old pharmacy and must be renewed separately when they are due, even if you have a years worth at the old pharmacy, who knew? Recently I had to send my husband after a prescription, and assumed they would use which ever card they had on file to give me the best price. Nope--no cards on file but insurance, which they used. --And which is $135 MORE than Good Rx. My husband had no idea and just said ok when told insurance covered so much do you want the rest on your card on file. I immediately called, and have talked to several people about this and was told by one that it could be rebilled correctly. BUT when I went into the store they could not rebill it because it was a split order. Because they didn't have enuf pills to completely fill my prescription, they gave me FIVE capsules, then filled the rest the next day from another source. So because of the five capsules I lost $135... because they couldn't rebill ...because they didn't have my cards on file ...and because noone bothered to ask if we had a Good Rx card to use. Guess you have to ask EVERY time, as computers don't keep this information, even tho I'm sure the pharmacy people know there are huge differences in the way you pay. Something so simple in my mind , because of 'computers' ,cost me $190 instead of $60+

Went through the drive thru to get a Covid test. I was told to call a number and make an appointment. Later, I find that they could of offered a rapid test that they sold inside. Why couldn't the woman have told me that? I ended up going back to the same Walgreens to get a rapid test. I waited in line while two people stood at the register helping one person and saying nothing to me. I seen the rapid test and went to the front register. Again, two people at one register helping one person. This is after waiting in line at another register where the woman went to break while I was in line. The people that work here are terrible, and they really need to work on their customer service and efficiency.

Customer loyalty means nothing to this store. Not open weekends and unfriendly pharmacist. They could care less about your welfare.

If I could give negative stars I would. The long waits in person, at the drive-up, and on the phone, it's a very frustrating experience. On top of that to have a Pharmacy clerk be rude nasty and insulting makes the experience even worse. It's no wonder Walgreens is having trouble financially. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a long time customer of this particular store. It has slowly declined in customer service and overall friendliness. I rarely write negative reviews, preferring to direct attention too the positive. Tonight I entered the store at about 8:45 for one item. I had located it and was bending down to retrieve it when a clerk as me briskly if I needed help, I said no thanks. She then snapped "We close in one minute." In other stores I have heard "Please bring your purchases to the front, we are closing now," or something to that extent. At this Walgreens all customers are expected to be OUT of the store by nine. Maybe locking the doors at 8:30 so that people would have time to shop would be a better policy for this store so they can go home at 9:00. I left without making a purchase, and will not be back. When I looked at the clock in my car it was 8:55. So much for the small friendly comer store.
