I could not be more grateful for the service I’ve received at Western Slope Ford with Brittney. Throughout the entire process she has been kind, informative and helpful. She dealt with my warranty company, provided updates, took the time to explain everything that was going on and answered my numerous questions. I’ll definitely be requesting her for any future services needed by them.

I don’t typically like doing reviews. But the overall experience and quality of service done on my F150 was pretty poor. I dropped my truck off around July 6th and was told they would try and get the transmission by the next Friday and get it done by that date. Didn’t happen. Got told Monday or Tuesday the next week. Didn’t happen. Got told by that Friday or Saturday it should be done. Didn’t happen. Just kept getting told waiting on part or we have the part but the tech got behind. Finally after missing that last week or so of July begging of August they got my truck back to me finally. At first the transmission seemed ok. Shifted a little rough but just chalked it up to there maybe being a break in period. Well fast forward to today. I decided to test hauling my camper to test out the truck to make sure we can take our trip Labor Day weekend. Get to the Loma exit to turn around and start heading back and the truck would not get out of 6th gear and when trying to get it shift by switching to manual. The truck would start dumping speed to below 40 miles per hour. Then switched back to automatic mode and it allowed me to get back up to 60 miles per hour. And had to get off the highway in Fruita and take the frontage road to try and limit the damage if there is any. It sucks that this stems from a vacation turned nightmare and unfortunately. With the service and quality of the job done makes things worse. You’d think paying someone around $9,500ish to replace a transmission. They would do the job correct the first time. Now I have to scrap my Labor Day plans and figure out how to get the transmission either fixed or replaced depending on who works on the truck. I’d hope they reach out. But I’d be very very leary of having this dealership touch your transmission.

I brought my 2022 Ford Maverick to Western Slope Ford three times under warranty, as the battery would die sitting overnight. They said they couldn't figure it out. So I did my own research and discovered: a) the OEM Ford battery would only hold 11.75 volts, b) I needed an AGM battery, c) Although the battery is covered under the B2B warranty, Western Slope Ford says they do not consider an 11.75 volt battery bad! (Standard practice is a battery is 100% dead when it drops to 11.90 volts). I bought a new AGM battery and haven't had an issue since. What bothers me more than the money is time wasted dropping off my vehicle, getting shuttled, and driving a crummy loaner car, while they pretended their techs couldn't figure it out. Needless to say, although the sales department may be ok, the service department is the worst, so I won't be buying another vehicle from Western Slope Ford.

Great dealership. Our salesman, Josh Jones, was knowledgeable, patient and no pressure. We bought an EV (Mustang Mach E) which we knew little about and were thrilled with the education we got buying and receiving it.
Jess the finance man we dealt with was also great. Everyone in the dealership friendly and helpful.

Preformed a update to the ECM because of a recall and my backup camera stopped working. Very upset and am scared to let them touch my vehicle again. Would not recommend. Wish zero stars was a option.
