Everyone knows wells Fargo is a terrible bank but the iceing on the cake was the customer service rep Aiden. Extremely rude and unprofessional my experience alone with her is why I'm finally closing this terrible bank. For your sanity legitly bank anywhere else your piggy bank is a better option.

Won't use this bank again. Called twice, two days in a row during open hours, and the phone literally was not answered. Finally reached someone and asked for info re sending a wire transfer. The gal I spoke with was barely civil but did answer my questions... incorrectly. I asked specifically whether I needed an appointment to set up a transfer and was told No, just go to a teller. When we arrived to do the transfer the teller said we'd have to make an appointment to see a banker. There was a banker there, with customers, but he couldn't be bothered to help us because it was close to 5pm. This was a time-sensitive issue so we had to do a completely different and far less secure workaround. I have to say Wells Fargo is certainly earning their bad reviews and the general distrust of the populace. (The only reason I gave two stars is because the teller we spoke with was friendly and courteous.)

Worst bank in Grand Junction by far. I was surprised that there was not a fee just to walk into this financial rip off.

Currently in a 15-minute line for the teller because they only have 2 tellers working with a line of 8 people. Terrible customer service.

We use several banks, Wells Fargo is in our herd. Have had many experiences of many types over many years, most good, some showing issues in the corporation and others turning up an employee who blew a play. Life is big, don't sweat the small stuff. We work through issues when they happen, and all together are thankful for the WF services.

I went in to open a bank account and was helped by the lovely Angelica. She made sure to pay attention to us as we were waiting as well as being incredibly thorough and informative throughout the entire appointment. The manger was also kind enough to follow up with me after I left my review regarding Angelicas great service. Would definitely recommend for someone who new to town who needs a lot of help!

Stopped in at the Patterson Road Branch, Grand Junction Colorado. Needed some help from a personal banker. A big Thank You to employee William Hungerford, a Relationship Banker. Great service, very pleasant to deal with and he throws in some great chit chat while he pokes away at the keyboard. Good job William!!

Wells Fargo is the BOMB!!!!! I woke up this morning to texts and e-mails from them asking me to verify purchases from Burbank, CA which I didn’t make. They rejected EVERY false charge, so NOTHING came out of my bank account!!!!I called them this morning as recommended in the e-mail, and they shut that card off and ordered a new one for me.It’s crazy to me because I NEVER use my debit card. For gas, online purchases, in store purchases, everything, I use one of my credit cards and I only use my bank account to pay off my credit cards monthly. So how my debit card was gotten but apparently none of my credit cards…I have no idea. ??♀️My checking account with them costs me nothing (I’ve had it since college), and I don’t care how much they charge for over drafting or other penalties because I don’t allow it to overdraft or do anything to be charged penalties.I highly recommend Wells Fargo. They just saved all my money and kept me from having to fight to get it back while I’m pregnant and have other things to worry about.❤️

Been with this bank for 20+ years. I dread drive thru (45 minute wait.) Dread going in lobby-just as long of wait. Hours are 9-5, even for drive thru. I work 9-6. Who can take an hour+ out of there work day to "run" to (but really sit) at the bank? They are always short staffed, and even simple tasks require speaking to a "personal banker". I get hives thinking about Wells Fargo.
