Utterly disgraceful. Call centers fields their phone calls so when someone tells you your prescription will be ready at 11 the next day there is a great chance it’s never even been put in. Now on day 3 of trying to get a prescription filled. The absolute lack of professionalism and organization is just shocking. No one had any idea as to what was going on. If it weren’t for my insurance scamming along with Walgreens I’d never come here again. Piss poor.

Mindboggling Incompetence and Lack of Accountability!3 trips to pickup "same-day" holiday cards - 1) to learn the cards weren't ready despite the email saying they would be 2) to pickup the cards the next day 3) to get the correctly sized envelopes.No shame or embarrassment, or effort to fix the situation beyond providing the correctly sized envelopes and recommending I double-check everything they do. I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy and I can avoid shopping here again. I understand making mistakes, but is anything done correctly the first time at this store?Convenience of Walgreens website for photos and holiday cards is meaningless if the people doing the work have no pride in doing something correctly and not wasting other people's time.

Waiting an hour for a vaccine past my appt time and the staff at the pharmacy are rude. They all appear to hate their jobs, and take it out on the customers. This pharmacy should just close already. They haven't been able to provide any kind of good service since COVID. they used to be my go to and now I will never go back. Already gave them enough chances.

Wish I could give 0. Went with a few friends to look for some press on nails for a ladies night. The woman at the front door told my friend who carries an oxygen tank around that her bag looked heavy, I assume insinuating she was stealing... she's already worried about these issues. I chose to put back the two items I was going to purchase because of that. Then when I was leaving, she asked me if I decided against the item I was going to get.... yes because of how rude you were to my friend.

Don't go unless you want to wait for a long long time. I have never waited at a pharmacy for so long. Obviously the manager doesn't care how long the patrons have to wait or they would hire an extra pharmacist. No stars.

Excellent customer service! We needed vitamins and on the shelf said buy one get one free. There was only one on the shelf. The lady working stocking shelves, said let the clerk know n we would get a discount on the item. By the time, we got to the front, the one who helped us Ramona(?) was working the cash register. She then asked if we checked the end cap for another one of the item. It was there . She was outstanding n should be recognized for her service.

I used the FedEx pickup site at the photo dept while traveling. Very friendly service and i was able to find a few more things on i had my list.

This location provides excellent service, but the phone service is freaking annoying. I had to get a prescription transferred over from a non-Walgreens location, but the stupid phone menu doesn't have an option for that so I had to speak to a pharmacy tech. But the bot got in the way of that, too! And then I was hung up on TWICE! Once while speaking to a tech, and another time after filling out their phone survey.

I've used this Walgreens pharmacy for a number of years. They are very busy. They are also courteous, and careful -I've never had an error...Always great customer service and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

Very incompetent staff in the pharmacy department. It's really not that hard but they never seem to get it right. Wish they would get some new management and employees!

The only Grand Junction location with moderna COVID booster. Arrived 20 minutes early for my appt. The checked in people whose appointments were after mine, so I didn't finish checking in until 5 min after my appointment. Finished my paperwork wquickly and it still took over 30 minutes to get my COVID shot. Why bother having people schedule if it's still going to take over 45 minutes total to get the shot? Why bother scheduling if you are going to take people whose appointments come later? The checkin area was crowded with no direction from the pharmacists. Other customers kept asking me how the system works because there wasn't adequate directions. The pharmacist said the people ahead of me were over

Just tried to go in before work, which is something pretty usual. Today the doors were closed 30 mins early. Three of us were waiting around trying to call the store with no success. Very disappointed with this store today.

I just read the reviews and apparently they do this to everyone. My doctor sent them my prescription, after two days I called the pharmacy. They said there was not a prescription sent for me. I called my doctor (who is very busy) and they said the prescription was absolutely sent. I called Walgreens again and they can't seem to find it. It's medication that I've been on for 15 years. It's not something I can go cold turkey, but apparently they don't care because this pharmacy and the other Walgreens does not like to do their job!!! I might apply to work here, since I would get paid for ignoring my responsibility's and verbally abusing customers.
