Apparently there is ZERO accountability on the behavior of Bill, the Pharmacist! Bill thinks it is best to have a stare off show down with clients instead of getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I wonder if being a jerk is part of the job description because that is what he does best. Anyway, I have over twenty prescriptions that I will be transferring as a DIRECT result of Bill's unprofessional uncaring behavior. My leaving will likely come as a relief as there will be less work to do and less customer service will be going on. Additionally, the overall customer service is a JOKE as the cashiers think it is best to argue with customers instead o admitting and apologizing for mistakes. It is not wonder and the store manager does not even know what "customer service" means. Walgreens in of itself is a JOKE! They cannot figure out why they are losing money. I hope the go out of business soon.

On Thursday 7/11 at 1603 I called Walgreens at 240 Park Drive in Grand Junction CO. I spoke with the GM Keith and told him I'd be leaving for PTO the week following and I was wondering when I could pick up my ADHD medication. I filled last month on 6/16. My insurance pays 2 days early and Keith confirmed I could pick it up today, Sunday 7/14. I called the pharmacy today to ask when my medication would be ready. Cheryl, the only pharmacist working on 7/14, told me "nope! You can't get it til 7/16". I explained to her I had already spoken with someone and explained my situation. She went on to talk to me in the most insulting demeaning way possible. She ended the conversation with "not on my watch, sweetie". Referring to filling my prescription two days earlier than last month. Due to me knowing Walgreens does allow 2 days grace for prescription refills, and my insurance is willing to pay for it, I know Cheryl is doing this for her own pleasure and power trip. This is not my first encounter with Cheryl. Due to the medication I'm on she treats me as if I'm a drug addict trying to get a fix. I can assure you that as an Operations Manager for one of the largest health care companies in the world, I am not. I spoke with the sweetest girl when I called the store to complain. She told me that an extraordinary amount of customers complain about her. Even to corporate. I'll be making sure this poor girl is not retaliated against for speaking with me. Cheryl even speaks this way to her teammates- that's bad enough. You allow her to speak to your customers/patients that way too? Why does Walgreens allow this? I plan to talk to my lawyer (yes I actually have one) about discrimination based on mental disorders due to how Cheryl has spoken to me. She made me feel sub-human and was extremely rude. Again, this has happened in months prior and I blew it off as a bad day for her. I now know that's not the case. Not to mention Walgreens consistently tells me I can pick my prescription up "tomorrow" then say "oops! don't have it in stock, you have to wait for our delivery in the next 1-2 days". That's unacceptable. People depend on their medication. I would like to pick my medicine up tomorrow 7/15 by 10 am.
Keith- I will call you tomorrow morning to address this. Based on our conversation Thursday and how reasonable you were, I'm hoping to close the BBB case tomorrow.
Cheryl needs to undergo additional sensitivity training to deal with the public especially since she deals with patient medications.
BBB complaint has been filed and a copy of that document has been saved if an attorney is needed.

Never prepared with enough medication to fill a reoccurring prescription. Also never ready when they say it will.

You may not always find what you're looking for but this will definitely service you well. From pizza face issues to stuff for hemorrhoids this place got you covered. I have received great help here and love the way they think. I've witnessed nasty service before and this place by far is the best. When I think of Walgreens, going to this should be the choice plus it's super close to where I live.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Walgreens pharmacy. I changed prescription drug plans, so I decided to also switch pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens. CVS's hours are short, and they aren't open on weekends. The young lady who helped me was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Within a few hours, I received notification through the Walgreens app that my prescriptions were ready to pick up. I went to the drive-through window, and the same young lady retrieved my prescriptions, and gave them to me with a smile. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Utterly disgraceful. Call centers fields their phone calls so when someone tells you your prescription will be ready at 11 the next day there is a great chance it’s never even been put in. Now on day 3 of trying to get a prescription filled. The absolute lack of professionalism and organization is just shocking. No one had any idea as to what was going on. If it weren’t for my insurance scamming along with Walgreens I’d never come here again. Piss poor.

Mindboggling Incompetence and Lack of Accountability!3 trips to pickup "same-day" holiday cards - 1) to learn the cards weren't ready despite the email saying they would be 2) to pickup the cards the next day 3) to get the correctly sized envelopes.No shame or embarrassment, or effort to fix the situation beyond providing the correctly sized envelopes and recommending I double-check everything they do. I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy and I can avoid shopping here again. I understand making mistakes, but is anything done correctly the first time at this store?Convenience of Walgreens website for photos and holiday cards is meaningless if the people doing the work have no pride in doing something correctly and not wasting other people's time.

Wish I could give 0. Went with a few friends to look for some press on nails for a ladies night. The woman at the front door told my friend who carries an oxygen tank around that her bag looked heavy, I assume insinuating she was stealing... she's already worried about these issues. I chose to put back the two items I was going to purchase because of that. Then when I was leaving, she asked me if I decided against the item I was going to get.... yes because of how rude you were to my friend.
