We got the same story as others with, "Your dogs didn't eat very well for the first handful of days, but then they started eating normally", yet we left a 30lb bag of food for them, and came back with maybe 5lbs at most. Strange, I know. What really gave us a red flag, is when I asked to see thier facilities, and both women at the front (one skinny, one big) acted extremely timid to show us where our dogs had just spent the last 7 days. They refused to allow me to see the exact kennel that they were being held in claiming they couldn't "because a manager wasn't there", giving off an extremely uneasy vibe as I tried to do so as if they were blatantly hiding something. Maybe if they were more transparent in where our 15yr+ old senior animals were staying, we would return. It's the way they came off, deliberately trying to avoid showing us where our animals were kept that raises suspicion. No cots were visible from where they were allowing me to view either, just concrete floors, which I'm sure my elderly dogs had the pleasure of sleeping on for the duration of their stay. I truly wish there was a more reputable business that wasn't so secretive about how our animals are being kept. We won't be taking our dogs here again because of this.

Very good place to bring my fur babies for grooming! Prices are reasonable and my dogs are well taken care of!

My 17 month old Lhasapoo and her family had a grooming disaster at another facility (terrible groom, rudeness, blame, traumatized pup) and we were very gun-shy about trying again. A person we met at Canyon View Park told us about Wag Resort and assured us we would love them. Thank you, whoever you were! The entire staff was so reassuring and as for our groomer Caleb, what an angel. Caleb listened closely as we explained our previous experience and what we were hoping for. He seemed to really vibe into our little Leia and when he took her back I felt at ease. We returned to find a perfectly groomed, happy little lamb who looked so happy in Caleb's arms. He even educated us on how to desensitize her to having her face worked on so it would be easier for both of them next time. What a great feeling to never have to worry again; we will never take her anywhere else. Thank you so much, Caleb and Wag Resort!

We’ve been taking our busy Bernedoodle boy to Wag Resort since he was a little pup. He loves it & we feel he is in a safe, secure, happy place. They do a great job!

I looked for a year for a groomer. That was average priced did a good job ,was open when they said they were open. For some reason I just ran into Wag's phone number. Their prices are amazing.They're groomers take each dog one at a time. With full instructions and do what you ask. I have too small dogs. They both love it and come out Happy. you know how important it is for your dog to like the groomer. You know immediately when you're dog does not like the groomer . My girls come out, happy, clean and beautifully. Groomed there are quite a few groomers to choose from.

We have been to Wag several times now for grooming and have received wonderful service each time. They have fair prices and take great care of our goofy boy each time. It is nice to have professional and consistent service, Thank you!

Zena was a bit overwhelmed, as her only companion for 4 years was our small cat. The staff was friendly, professional and was able to answer all my questions and/or concerns. I am quite confident in leaving Zena in their care.

The sign up procedure, providing immunization record, proof of spray/neuter, booking a stay, etc is a 5 star experience. I really looked forward to dropping off my dog, and my dog was excited to be dropped off. I left my dog for 3 days and 3 nights. Unfortunately, I had issues with pickup. First, while waiting for my dog to come out, I heard the woman, who answers the phone, just hung up from a phone call then made a rude comment about the customer she just spoke to. Second, after receiving my dog, I asked how my dog did. The receptionist, reading off the top of several pages, answered that she did fine and a few sentences about her eating. I asked if I could have the papers she was reading from. She said, "no", and something to the effect that she had to keep them. For a 3 day and 3 night stay, I expected more information about my dog's stay. Third, while driving home, I noticed my dog had dried diarrhea around her butt fur. I'm upset that the receptionist didn't mention any diarrhea. This pickup experience is 2 stars. Unfortunately, I have to give Wag Resort a 3.5 star experience. Wished the pickup experience was more professional. Maybe I will use Wag Resort again but still unsure.

I usually never leave a bad review but this place warrants it. It originally took my beautiful Aussie to the groomer for a full cut/groom with her ears cleaned, nails trimmed, coat washed, etc. I loved the results so rebooked for my other dogs. This is where it went downhill. The dogs were not groomed, the fur was not trimmed, and the nails were lightly trimmed Because of Aussies fur, we were expecting obviously a trim and shape, but instead we got nothing. We worked with management to come back the next day so they could shape my dogs with the full cut, which was a huge inconvenience. The results were more and less the same. Nothing like the first Aussie I brought! To top it all off, they misplaced our dogs collars, causing us to pay even more money for bad service. After I complained about the whole experience, the manager had the gall to leave me a voicemail claiming that the groomers had tried to call and see what type of cut we wanted which was false because there was no missed calls. Regardless, we have confirmed the type of cut at the time of appointment, duh. She offered us a 20% discount for our troubles as if I would ever return Please save your time and energy and choose another business.
