Hello my name is Myra and let me tell you Wayne and Amy are two of the most amazing people I've ever met. They helped me so much. This was my first time buying a home and they could not have made it less stressful for me. They were so kind and willing to help me. I just moved to grand junction not too long ago and they were so kind and amazing. I'm very glad I chose them. If you are needing a mortgage company please reach out to them. They handle everything very professionally and promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wayne and Amy are absolutely the best! We originally bought our house through them back in 2012. 9 years later I had to refinance our house and pull out some equity to pay off some debt because of COVID-19. They remembered exactly who we where and everything about our first loan! I am a first time mortgage holder and with below average credit, these two fought hard and got the job done! They where able to get me into an awesome interest rate and cash out! We will always use W.C. mortgage for our buying and refinance loans. They are friends, leaders, reliable, and honest. Wayne helped us buy our first home and was so easy to work with and got us an awesome rate. We then shopped around to refinance a year later and quickly realized we were wasting our time. Everyone gives you the run around and promises a rate that they can't deliver , so we went straight back to W. C. Mortgage. Wayne was on it and even got us locked in at a lower rate than we thought was possible. I will call W. C Mortgage every single time with confidence that they will deliver. And they are awesome to work with, which is rare nowadays. Thanks for everything! Josh

The staff at WC mortgage were amazing! We were purchasing our first home and had a huge learning curve. They were so patient with us and very helpful and honest when we had questions. They were able to listen to what we wanted, needed, and help us to find the loans which would work for our situation. When we found properties we were interested in, they helped us do our homework on the property before hand, so we never had to waste our time on a property we wouldn’t be able to secure! Then, they worked tirelessly to make sure we got into our home, help us to navigate speed bumps which may have derailed our whole contract if we would have been with any other lender. They were so hard working, professional, and overall absolutely amazing lenders. We will never work with anyone else!

Though this isn't a nice pretty card in the mail with good calligraphy, I wanted to take a second to say thank you very much for all your help with my home purchase.I will never forget my first visit to W.C. Mortgage in 2016. With no previous history of knowing each other (and no appointment), Wayne was nice enough to take time out of his day to thoroughly explain my options, and by the end, I felt I owed him compensation for that knowledge (like visiting with a lawyer). Still in 2016, my living situations shifted, and I found myself renting for a couple more years. However, I was determined to follow up with W.C. Mortgage when I was ready to buy, because Wayne was so helpful. I don't know how I discovered W.C. Mortgage in the first place, but I'm sure glad I did.At the beginning of this year, we began that process all over again, and I got to experience the roller coaster ride of shopping for a home. W.C. Mortgage was very helpful, as well as responsive, throughout the entire process.Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being such great people. We have used WC Mortgage for the last two homes we’ve purchased, Both Wayne and Amy are amazing, they are hard working, informative and always there to answer any questions, they made us feel so comfortable and at ease during that stressful but yet exciting time. Wayne & Amy are the best! I have used them twice to buy separate homes and I would not/never trust anyone else! Not only are they Very helpful they both genuinely care about your needs and what is the better option for you and your family! I highly recommend them!!

"Trash company with trash talk. Says I am hot headed, anybody that talks to Wayne for a few minutes would get hot headed also. That's probably why they do so much business with mobile homes since there are not many lenders that do mobile homes. I would pay a little extra and go to a bank like ANB Bank before going to this place."
