The professionals were great Dustin helped me out alot cause Verizon had slow played me for 7 weeks 5 phone orders and never got a phone. Dustin got to the bottom of of it and told everything should be great by today the 21st. With all the hours i had to spend on the phone emailing with the company,and shutting down my phone,effecting communications with doctors and having to pay 52 dollers to get to walk into the store which i will have to pay again i feel the comany should give me a phone. Also shutting down my phone messed with my banking causing late fees on my direct withdraw bills.
