I see the last review was terrible , I too ordered a phone because I was sick of my current provider AT&T who I’ve been with for 20 years
Wanted to call the Verizon store and talk to someone about my order as it said it would be ready in an hour but what do you know the number listed is invalid to speak to an agent go figure how does a business this big get so bad at public relations and business I have cancelled my agreement and I’ll stick to ATT
Not only do they promote these adds to attract new customers but can’t even follow basic etiquette of running a business can’t talk to them can’t get in the store not worth doing business with

I was tired of my other phone plan so I decided to order a phone through Verizon today and this was probably the most terrible idea ever. It was ordered online attempted to stop at the store to talk to them about it real quick wasn’t in any hurry or anything Online hours and the hours listed on the door show 6 PM is closing time but they were locked by 550 terribly not impressed with first day customer service probably just gonna cancel the phone I ordered

Jesse helped us today and he was fantastic! Very informative and patient as we looked at all the options. His customers service was spot on and helped clear up some confusion on our account. If you need help with your account or need a new phone, the Verizon store near the CMU campus is the place to go!

The one on one service is so rare these days.
Jesse,the Verizon rep was knowledgeable, patient and he had a wonderful sense of humor.
I will recommend this store at this location to everyone that I know!!

I have always had a good experience at the 5th and North store. Yesterday’s visit was no exception. Travis was so helpful, friendly and professional. Walked out with the phone I needed and ready to go!

Twice I've been in this store to find a young lady that wasn't pleasant to deal with. Additionally, instead of dusting the store, checking inventory or cleaning, she is pacing around with no customers and just scrolling through her own device LoL
Oh, and Verizon now charges a $40 fee to assist you when you need to switch data from one device to another. Just another hidden fee! What's one more at this point? ?

a man name Jesse took care of my problems and in such a flawless way, I was actually astounded how the situation happened, I fully expected to leave disgruntled before entering only to leave happy and content as can be, true customer service at its finest, he was kind, relatable, didn't try and buy off my irritation or put it off and in fact went a step further and came up with a resolution that not only saved me but really cut a lot of stress out of my day, way to go man! some ppl really want to help and hear your situation.

Went in to get my mom her first smart phone. Brehannah was able to walk her through everything easily, making her feel comfortable switching from a flip phone. She set everything up for her and my mom was already making FaceTime calls by the time she got home. Excellent service. Highly recommend this store!

Jesse is a SAINT. He walked us thru every single option that would fit our needs, answered questions tirelessly, and was a joy to work with. He made a frustrating, overwhelming experience, a breeze. He stayed late for us, helped with device care, and had recommendations on things we knew nothing about. He will forever be who i ask for if I need help again. I love my new phone, it's set up, and it's accessories. Jesse is an incredible asset to Verizon, a refreshing helpful staff member. I hope he stays there for ages. Thank you!
