Worse bank ever I have been waiting for my debit card for 35 days and when I bring this up to the bank they make excuses and tell me it's my fault. Then they threatened to call the cops on me when I tried to confront the bank about this. They also told me they had talked to their manager and he told them information about my card and when I went in I found out they had been lying and the manager wasn't even working on that day...

Worst bank I've ever had so many issues and terrible policies. Overdraft protection doesn't work at this bank. Customer service is terrible. And it get worse as time goes on. Takes over a month for them to print cards so don't lose yours or get any fraud charges or you won't have access/ easy access to your money. Would never recommend to anyone. Especially anyone young that don't know any better.

One of the employees always has a very negative attitude whenever I come to the window and it seems that she only treats me with that negative attitude because she will be polite and professional with the other customers in front of and behind me. She always glares at me when I come to the window and she never greets me she just glares at me in silence. I have not been rude or disrespectful to this woman and yet she treats me very negatively and I dont appreciate her attitude because the other women who work there always greet me with a smile and a happy attitude, so im not sure what her problem with just specifically me is but it's not very professional of her to not provide at least the average level of customer service with a polite greeting......

I've always loved this location and the people... Until today. My young daughter earned money from grandma taking care of her dog. Grandma wrote the check to her. I wanted her to experience cashing a check that she earned. Instead she was asked if she had two forms of ID (what 9yr old has two forms of ID, let alone carries it with them). Then I was told that we couldn't cash it unless she had an account?! I cashed checks for my son for the past 10years!!The teller was clearly new and she said she would ask her manager. I stepped away for about 30s to take an urgent call from our plumber and when I came back she told me matter of factly that she couldn't cash it without an account. I left and asked my daughter if she asked the manager and she said she never talked to the manager.I left embarrassed, upset, disappointed, and sad that my daughter missed out on that experience.
