I have been bringing my F-150 here for five years and it's the first time they removed the skid plate and lost a bolt and they didn't give me a discount for taking 45 minutes for doing it and or losing the bolt it's the first time I was upset with their service and I don't know if I will be going back

Fast, friendly and they've always gotten it right. I've never had any problems at all. Been going here almost 3 years. They will check my oil, other fluids and tires between changes and add if needed. They always help give me peace of mind before a road trip

What's up with the carwash? Went to wash grandpas truck the only thing I liked about this place was the free vacuum. We did not use the oil change place. My grandpa went inside to pay with my girlfriend as I waited for him to pay. The girl working was nice to my face. Went through the wash to find my girlfriend waiting outside clearly upset. The guy I think is the owner, gave her so much grief about this not being a lobby, that she went outside crying. I went back to get grandpa. Not knowing who said this I didn't say anything. Grandpa gave me a $10 bill and said give the girl who went in thenot lobby to get payment from him a $5 tip. I went back outside She was talking to someone in there car l approached her and asked her if she had a $5 bill . She acted as if I was a bum asking for cash didn't even take two looks at me, and the woman in the car if looks could kill, I would not be writing this. She did not work there I hope. But the other lost out on a $5 tip because she told me to go away. I wouldn't go there even if I was paid to do so.

Buyer bewareThey do not accept a GrouponI bought a Groupon and showed up expecting to get my oil changed and was denied because they do not honor a Groupon discount. Total false advertisingThe service tech, at the Valvoline oil change center in Fruita was rude to me about it.

I had the most amazing experience here at valvoline and I just had to write a review asap!!! Anthony was who completed my oil change and he got me out quick and fast which I appreciated very much being that I was already having to rush back to work as it was. It is very hard these days to find exceptional service like I experienced today first hand!!! Anthony smiled and was incredibly respectful throughout the whole process of getting my oil changed and that is something you don’t forget. I will definitely be coming back to valvoline when I need another oil change and will be telling my friends to come check you guys out as well. Thank you again to both valvoline and Anthony for the excellent service they gave today.Service: Oil change
