Front lobby doors locked AGAIN Sunday at 1:20 pm right next to the open hours sign which states open til 1:45 pm !!! All the lights down the hallway by the P O Boxes are on and bright , but the doors are bolted locked shut !!! Was the place never opened today ? Or did some employee lock up early for some reason???? This is not the first time nor the second nor the third time. This USPO is a mismanaged embarsement

Every single one of the employees here that have helped me out have always been very patient, helpful, and create a supportive atmosphere during busy times.Working with the harried public can be a huge chore! I always receive calm smiles and a pleasant exchange. I appreciate these employees.

I really do not want to say anything bad about UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, a organization since 1792.....How do you explain certified mail being mail back to me, stating it could not be mail because of wrong address.I've been certifying this particular mail for 6 years now because of past issues with this address. It's my land lord's address so it's a big issue to get this address correct.I actually hand delivered my rent myself.By the way, the address was correct if anyone is asking.

Why is there not a zero stars option! My postal service is appalling! At some point, the post office arbitrarily change my address from apartment b to 9381 1/2. Since then I only get my mail sporadically. After my birthday card was returned months ago, I put 2-inch decals and wrote my name into inch letters on my box. Despite that my retirement check was returned, causing a huge hassle with social security and now my license tabs have been returned which is costing me a fee to get them. It's ridiculous that an agency this ineffective stays quote unquote in business and ridiculous that it uses taxpayer funds to advertise it's supposed efficiency!!!

Guy just rudely told me I couldn't pick up a package and have to have a notice even though I've been told you can pick it up if it's there....... would've been perfectly fine had he NICELY and RESPECTFULL/PROFESSIONALLY told me I have to have a notice of attempted delivery and not just been an anti social postal weirdo......... next time I go in if I get him after waiting in line I'll gladly let the person behind me go or wait for the next available worker as hes always been trash and today I was not in the mood to deal with a grumpy POS who isnt happy with his job...... bearded fat guy with glasses.... everyone else has been beyond amazing here idk how this guy still works here

Absolutely a joke this office is. Hope you are not expecting your package on time. I guess this is what happens when you hire obsolete people to do a job. But considering Grand Junction is full of obsolete, lazy, do just enough to not get fired people it totally makes sense. Better luck next time I guess. Pretty pathetic that the Postal Service does not take any pride in there work anymore.

This post office was well staffed and managed to move a lot of customers through the line quickly. I interacted with two postal workers who were friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed.

The post person put the wrong key in my mailbox and I ended up with someone else’s product. I had to deliver the box to their door because you can’t lock them back up! Whoever ended up with the key I should have received, took my packages and kept them. This is not the first time this has happened. It takes too long to get product to Grand Junction (4 day’s minimum) to have to reorder them when this happens. Do better!

Would give negative 100 star review if possible. Singlehandedly my worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. They keep no records of anything making a long term experience with them inevitably become miserable, because they will not be helpful whatsoever. Pay for a PO box for years, it won't matter they will completely lose the record entirely and call you crazy for bringing it up. Would solve 100 million problems if they integrated simple technology in their database and could look up a customer's information, like previous PO boxes or transactional history, such as when a PO box cancelation has occurred. Instead of them insulting their custimers, creating a line that embarrasses them, and creating unrealistic scenario as needed for solutions, without offering a lny real resolutions. I am a customer and a human being. Give me some dignity and respect please. Learn some customer service skills. Actually find solutions that work and help your customers. I felt personally assaulted and I will never step foot inside of that place again. I will only do online from now on. I can just hear the evil people in the background saying good riddance to me as well. Horrible manager.Monday, July 3rd 2023 at around 10:30 am

Extremely rude supervisor. They messed up my delivery and didn’t even attempt to fix their mistake and I will no longer have a birthday present for my Boyfriend. Supervisor didn’t even apologize for the mistake and tried to blame it on me and once I proved her wrong she tried blaming the conditions of the shipping label instead of taking ownership. As someone in the customer service industry she honestly she shouldn’t have a job in any sort of customer service care. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Over the course of 3 years, have had 3 articles of mail with giftcards go "missing" from the mail sorting team at this facility. I called to make a claim and of course I heard nothing back, and might as well forget about calling the 4th street location. I even subscribed to the service where they take photos of your expecting mail, never shows up... I have never had issues like this in my life!
