I went in to get info and on interest rates and got a new account. The service was very fast, efficient, and Colin was obviously very knowledgeable on all the products. Excellent customer service - friendly and sincere. Really enjoyed the experience!

Bank is a Joke. MR Waterhouse is NOT a Manager. He’s a Player w Power.Would NOT Recommend. Use a Local Bank with Customer ServiceBad Bank. .

This is by far the most unprofessional bank in town. If you go thru the drive thru be prepared to wait at least 25 to 40 minutes and that is if you are first in line. Change forget it they either don't have it or the vault is closed. If you are lucky to get change double check before driving off it is wrong 20 percent of the time.

Can't talk to a banker on 24 Rd without an appointment, because they are short staffed. They were rude about this.Went to the White location. We went thru the process of getting an rv loan (which took days, and they were terrible about communicating) AFTER we got the loan approval, we noticed and mentioned not getting a loyal customer discount. They said they don't just give it to customers who have been with the bank for years unless asked, because 'that's how the bank makes money.' They said they'd get that added, but would have to start the whole process over, which would take days AGAIN. We are closing all accounts with this bank.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Blatant disrespect and poor treatment from associate who obviously had no experience.Do not enter into business with Eric Carroll!!!Management took no action when this individual raised his voice and rolled his eyes at me after 45minutes of an unprofessional and unproductive encounter.I will be closing all accounts with US Bank.

This must be the worst bank ever. Every time I go I have to wait at least 20 minutes on the drive through line. Once you are in that line, there is no way out!Today, after waiting for over 30 minutes, I was told their system was extremely slow. It is a disgrace.A man behind me was getting impatient and honking his horn, so the teller told me he would deposit my check later . Hopefully I might see a receipt. I did want cash as well, but forget that!Too bad we have to use this awful bank.

By far the worst bank I've ever been to. incredibly slow and terrible service. sat in a two car drive thru line for 30 minutes.

The 24 th of June 2020 around 2:50 and 3:30 Drove through to cash a 45 dollar check and gave me back 25 dollars , I let her know and the teller asked me to give her the envelope back and I said “ sure “ so she gave me back the other 20 missing and gave me no apologies. Just said ( there it is ) not going back there . She didn’t feel sorry she did a big mistake .

If I could give this location zero stars I would! Sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes today to use the atm! The tellers at this location are slow and rude this isn’t the first time this has happened. Avoid this branch at all costs!

I'm becoming very frustrated with US Bank. Since covid-19 started they have closed the lobby and reduced their hours which makes it impossible to make it there if you are an essential worker. We tried to go on a Saturday but the line for the DT was out onto the street which makes it unsafe to wait for entrance. Why can't the bank go back to regular hours, like many other banks, at least in the DT so those of us that are working have a chance to deposit our checks?
