We always use the location on 12th and Patterson, big mistake coming to this one. Rude "women" work here who seem to forget what customer service is. They should clean house with some of the wacky employees who work at this one. I will always make the effort to go to the one on 12th and Patterson which is small family owned and care about their business.

I shouldn't have to micro manage your help. I couldn't see without my glasses to verify the shipping address and I told her I needed to get my son to help me read the address she wanted me to verify, the girl was pushing me to sign because there was line. I told her I couldn't see it but I would trust that she put the address in correctly so I signed. The package went to the wrong address and the payment for my storage unit wasn't received. It could have cost me everything I own. They blamed me of course because I verified the address. I also had mail coming in but didn't have a box for it to go to. They told me I didn't need a box, it would just cost 5.00, I told her it was just two small envelopes with my new bank cards, also very important. I kept calling to see it they had arrived, someone finally told me that they wouldn't receive them for me because it wasn't a package. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place? I asked to pay for a box, they handed me a card board box. I clarified 'mail box' so I can get my mail. Ryan refused to let me buy a box because I complained when they lost my package. Instead of being helpful and offering solutions, they blame customers for their mistakes. There also was an older woman who just kept staring at me, I finally asked her to stop. How rude. They don't have customer service skills and they can't do their jobs, like imputing the right address. Of course I was upset, because of their mistake I could have lost my storage unit with everything I own in it, the stop on that check cost me 35.00 and the cost of sending it to the wrong address, and they don't care. I also had to reorder my bank cards. The employees lost their store income and a customer by refusing to rent me a mail box, Ryan was very hateful about it. I didn't raise my voice or cuss, but I did argue with it and they handled it with hatred instead of solutions. I will never use any UPS store again. Their help are lacking training in many areas. If you have something very important to mail, go elsewhere, their uncaring mistakes may cost you dearly.

This UPS store smells like farts and it seems like it's always busy. I literally had to leave because I couldn't wait in line while suffocating from the smell. Literally do not come here unless you want to throw up in your mouth

The two staff members working today provided excellent customer service. They were polite, friendly, and helpful with customers. And they were kind and helpful towatd each other. I was very impressed--truly two kind and hard working people. Great experience.

So the people are nice enough but they made some major mistakes with us that people need to know about if you’re getting a P.O. Box.They only deliver mail based on the name on the box not the number. So we missed almost 3 months of mail because our business name wasn’t on the box. No one told us about this when we signed up.We lost our insurance coverage and almost had our power cut off because of this. The manager explained that they do that because so much mail is mis addressed but none of ours was, the P.O. Box was correct.Imagine for a second holding what is clearly an xcel power bill in your hand, with P.O. Box number on it and thinking “nope name doesn’t match, send it back!”Just egregious incompetence. Plus they’re not even consistent with it. We got all kinds of mail for people and companies that weren’t on our account.Shipping is fine here but I would never ever trust them to deliver my mail.

Every time I go in here to ship something, they are polite efficient and quick to get me on my way. I can't stand the USPS - poor service and u reliable at best, UPS is the way to go.
