I had the pleasure of working with T.J. as a lender. He brought a loan to our company and we closed successfully in 3 weeks due to the knowledge and expertise he has in the mortgage industry and his throroughness and attention to detail. T.J. has been a pleasure to work with professionally in getting our construction loans taken out on the secondary market. He is attentive to detail, knows the construction process very well and is most helpful in walking his customers through the process. Tj is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and that’s very important to get you to homeownership! He also lead us to an amazing real estate agent and with them working so closely together they got us closed on a home in four weeks. Better yet Tj got us pre approved in just 3 days after working with someone prior for 6 months. We will never go to anyone else!

My wife and I moved here to lead a new office for my company, but she was pregnant, so getting into a house before the baby came was a massive concern. A few months after moving here, I met TJ and loved his personality and story about getting into the mortgage game. When we looked for a lender, he was the first guy I called. Even with a time crunch, TJ helped us through a spec build with a VA loan which can be somewhat complicated, not including our timeline with the baby coming due. While my wife and I were stressing, he remained calm and relaxed and assured us everything on his end would be completed on schedule. He was correct. He worked with the home builder to make sure requirements for our VA loan were completed, and the inspection could get underway so the loan would be approved. At closing, TJ was there to congratulate us on getting into the house and welcoming us to the community. Five out of five stars is my recommendation for his attentiveness, communication skills, and a cool head. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the Grand Valley or the state of Colorado as a whole.
