They even did a free flat repair on the same vehicle for free. WiFi was good for working while I waited. And with their price match guarantee, I would never purchase tires anywhere else.”

“There was an issue with one of the air valves on my tire and they got it sorted and resolved so fast! When I realized the issue, I called to make an appointment and they told me I could come right in, there wasn't a wait and the valve core was fixed within like 30 minutes. I've typically gone to this location for changing out my winter tires, which they are also always prompt to perform.”

“As an ASE certified mechanic... I can say BRAVO!!!! Shane and the rest of the guys there are some of the best at what they do. I had recently purchased a new car and needed to get the tires changed but didnt have the equipment to do so. I had what looked to me like a really bad cut on the side of the tire and they informed me that it was just superficial and that it would not need to be replaced. They could have upcharged me and I would have gone along with it. After they were done with my car everything felt perfect. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. CHOSE THEM!!!!”

The price was less than expected.
Now with regards to $ 2000 worth of Items being stolen from my truck, wile on ur lot, I am not happy at all. This happened because, the truck was not locked up at night, your service manager. Admitted it was never locked , Matt Nunns response to this issue. Was a complete joke, saying Have not left anything in the trk. Well Matt a professional would have made Sure it was locked, not making excuses. Or saying there not responsible for this, your lack of professionalism caused this to happen. A police report has been. Filed, and they will be requesting the security footage, from ur camers, also at the police suggestion a civil will be Filed, the amount stolen was $1964
Matt you failed to secure my truck, leading to this happing, , The complete lack of concern on ur part is not acceptable in any way, How do you treat the people who pay ur wage, like this , I will be seeking repayment, plus court cost, plus other damages. They informed me about the issue and said they would fix it for free and it would take 90 minutes. “Sam's club tire and battery has the friendliest, kindness, most wonderful human beings working there! Mike is one of the managers and he and his compadre Mark, take excellent care of their customers! My tires were basically bald and they were able to fit me in without an appointment, even though appointments are strongly recommended. If there's something wrong with your tire, they will figure out what it is. If you do not need new tires, they will be honest with you, telling you to come back in a month or 6 months or whatever so that you can get the most mileage out of your tires. I will revise this post with photos later but wanted to let anyone looking for excellent service for their tire needs, to be aware, that Sam's Club tires is the place to go!”
