Respectfully submitted -- This is copied with permission from Makayla Chidester (and her Mother) from Facebook Screenshot June 9th, 2019. Where oh where do I start with Matt Halladay, owner of Then and Now Auto restoration. My dad trusted him with his 81 Ford Bronco, a vehicle my dad bought in his 20's with a dream of it being restored. My dad had made a deal with Matt in June 2018. June 28th 2018 we found out dad had stage 4 cancer, my dad contacted Matt and let him know time was now limited & asked if we could hurry up the process just a little. My dad and Matt had kept in contact throughout treatments and Matt knew things were not looking good. Matt chose to put us off, work on several other builds, and we feel he simply just did not care about my dads dying wish to have his Bronco back. After Matt had finished all the body work the bronco was supposed to go to a shop in town for a new engine, the Bronco was in that mans shop the beginning of 2019, that was the first time we had seen it in person & I could not begin to explain the disappointment I felt. I was expecting so much more for 20,000$ we had given him,and almost the year he had it. Its extremely disappointing that my dad didn't even get to see it in person before he passed on May 17th 2019. If you want to be treated like a joke, and pay for bad work then Matt is the man for you, if not I would not recommend him. Anyone is more than welcome to contact me with questions or concerns and is more than welcome to see his work on the Bronco.Matts EXACT response : "6 months ago he asked me to get it done faster, if u could wait in my other in my other clients. I looked him in the eyes and said yes. We did go faster..I should have done what I said I would do. Faster. I had the power to make everyone wait. Days go by and classics are hard. But I made the choice to still work on several builds instead of just his. He asked me for a dying wish. I failed him and his family. I will never see myself the same again." -Matt (copied from his Facebook page.)This is the exact Screenshot Mrs Chidester took.Sadly the only good thing that became of this is Mr & Mrs Chidester are now my friends as well as Mom in Green River Utah.Brings tears to my eyes what was done here !!Again, respectfully submitted Kriss ReiffServices: Body & Trim

Matthew is the best! He does amazing work, he's great to work with, and is worth every penny we pay him. He's done wonders for two of our vehicles already bringing them back to life. If you are looking for an auto restoration he is the best!
