If I could give 6 or 10 stars, I would. Have been going to this shop for years, and I live about 100 miles away, because they are the real deal and deserve to have as much recognition as possible.I called in advance and made an appt for yesterday morning because i was driving 100 miles to get there and hoped I could get my brakes bled and then get the bike midday so I could ride...to which they were happy to accommodate. They said it would be $40 per brake at the most...and when I picked it up it was $20 each...to which I said I was told $40...and they said they didn't have to do a full deal but told me about all the other stuff they checked out for me.Moreover, I had my bike with them last year because my bottom bracket was starting to get loose and took it to them to see if there was anything they could do - I had this same problem with another bike and went to a different bike shop about 5 years ago and ended up that the press fit bearing in the carbon bottom bracket sleeve was just worn beyond repair and the frame was throwaway.Okay, shame on me for buying another frame with press fit in carbon bottom bracket sleeve...BUT, Brian at The Bike Shop in Grand Junction last year took it upon himself to do some research and found a 'thread together' bottom bracket that would render the problem of the carbon sleeve in my frame a NON ISSUE!!! He could have easily told me that, sorry, can't help you, but we have lots of $5,000 bikes you might like - but he didn't!!This shop is already highly rated, and I can add that it is for a reason - Brian, Adam, all of them - they are excellent and I hope I can always use them for my bike service.Sorry this is so long. Came into Grand Junction late in the day with a front brake that was worrying me on my mountain bike. We are from Canada and in this area for only 4 days . A nice young man looked at my bike right away and found the issue and fixed it. On top of that he didn’t charge me anything ! A small thing for him to do but a huge favor to me - I didn’t have to rent a bike ! Great service awesome crew!

I've been using this shop since my first Diamondback Sorrento when I was 13 (41 now) the owner and his employees have always taken care of any issues I had with my bikes. Recently I had a frame malfunction on a new bike, they had a new frame installed in under a week was very impressed. I really appreicate local business and they have been here along time highly recommend them!

Kennedy and the entire crew are super helpful and these guys truly care about their patrons. There are other good shops in town, but these guys are class acts.

Had the part I needed but was $9 over MSRP for a $45 item. $54 seems a bit nuts, but I called and checked with the store and they confirmed the price.

Super friendly, super customer service, super fast turnaround on bikes dropped off for service or repair. Bought five bikes here in the past eight years and all get serviced here. You won’t find a better bike shop in the GJ area.

This shop ordered a seat post knowing it wouldn't fit and didn't bother to tell me. When it came in and I went to pick it up, NOAH handed it to me and sent me on my way. when i asked for help I got the distinct impression that because I couldn't afford the best, I didn't deserve *his* time.

I've taken my bike here twice and both times have had exceptional service. The same guy has helped me both times and he really takes the time to make sure they're doing exactly what I want and then explains back to me what they're going to do. Their turn around time has also been impressively fast, the first time I got my bike back the same day and the second took two days. The reasonable prices are just the cherry on top. If you're looking for a bike shop I highly recommend this place!

I must admit I was spooked by the location. Right at the college, I figured I would get taken. Not! Very friendly knowledgeable people. They even walked out to my car to figure the best bike rack. Highly recommend!
