Went in there tonight and Devin and the new manager straight hooked us up ! They worked their magic and got our bill down as cheap as they possibly could and got us a new phone 2 new tablets and more for less than we thought so thankful that the guys and girls that work there really care about their customers and making our lives easier and saving us money thanks t mobile we’re lifetime customers !!!

Amazing customer service and communication I used to be with Verizon. You cannot get a representative on the phone to save your life. Tmobile is awesome highly recommend.

While the store staff was fine, they were unable to address, or resolve any issues that I had. The overall T-Mobile phone experience was absolutely horrific! Absolutely nothing that was promised held any truth. The internet service has been quite good though.

Completely rude and lazy workers. Manager is no better. Didn’t help me at all and immediately gave me costumer services phone number to get help there.

Thank you to Juan who helped us switch our service provider over from AT&T. It took 2 visits to the store. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and made our transition easy.

Desserae seriously saved the day.I had spent HOURS at the other t-mobile next to the khols and they couldn't figure out that i was an authorized user. I had screenshots, I was on the line with customer service, I had the pin number to my account...I finally left that location (the corporate one, mind you) after four hours and a stress cry and within 30 seconds of going to THIS location, Desserae was able to pull up my profile and immediately see that I was, in fact, anauthorized user. She was pretty baffled that they couldn't figure that out.Anyway, Desserae was super knowledgeable, she got me all the extra stuff my phone needed, put the screen protector and case and everything on for me, got me a new Sim (which other locations said they couldn't do).She's awesome. Definitely come to this store and not any of the others, including montrose. I'll be driving to this store only for any t-mobile needs :)Thanks for saving the day, desserae!

The counter person was only interested in selling me a new phone, but not in the the configuration of it. His breath smelled heavily of alcohol . His name was Keinan.

I'm a T-mobile customer and brought my relatives in to consider switching from AT&T. We were met by a sales associate Juan who started out by explaining the plans available that could be bundled with activating 2 new lines with new phones. He was then in a hurry to pressure my elderly relatives to sign up, and made rude comments when we tried to clarify some of the plan details and payments. What should have been an easy sale became an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately this is not the level of customer service that I am used to at T-mobile.

Every time I come into the store on 12th and North, they're always shorthanded , today only one young lady working and several customers waiting, this is completely unacceptable.

If you are not very electronic savvy this is not the place for a lot of help with your phone. At least this is the problem I had with them.

We had verizon, spectrum internet, and paid for Netflix around $320 a month. With magenta and t mobile internet it's almost half. T mobile gets better coverage than verizon now.
