Storage city was very clean! Only needed it for a few months and it was so easy to set up and cancel online. It was one of the best priced in town for a safe and nice storage unit. We will definitely use storage city again if we have any future storage needs!

I started renting with storage city since last year around this time. I haven’t had a problem with them until now!we recently moved houses, so I didn’t need the storage anymore. I had to call a month before to cancel my contract so they wouldn’t charge me for the next month. I called them November 1st & they told me I had until November 30th to take my stuff out or they’d charge me for the next month but I had already token out my stuff so called them November 10th to tell them I had token out my things! But keep in mind before all of this they charged me more then the amount they told me in the beginning for the last 3 months!I then noticed they charged me for the next month, & usually they take the money out every 1st of the month, but they took my money out the 26th of November! I called them again & complained about my charge & the manager told me I couldn’t get my money back & that it wasn’t his problem without investigating, that it was mine! They also said they record the calls, so I told them to listen to the recordings & they told me they had no proof of me calling a month before! I send them screenshots of my call log, & apparently they said they did have the calls after all but they couldn’t hear the recordings of the calls!

We needed a place to store our furniture last minute and Storage City GJ’s website made this fast and easy, staff was very helpful in answering all questions, facility was easy to access, felt secure, and unit was nice and clean. 10 out of 10 recommend.
